The Annex in a quiet residential area

Accommodation comprises a serviced modern self-catering detached annex purpose built with high quality furniture and fixings. It features a bedroom, shower room , open plan sitting room (with bed settee) with kitchen and a dining conservatory opening to small sunny patio with BBQ, patio furniture and sunbeds with distant sea views There is off-street parking available. The Annex is now available for TT fortnight 2024 up to 15 nights till June 11 for £1800. Garage available if required for bikes

Our house is located in the beautiful village of Agneash, a peaceful and relaxing location, a mile from Laxey (as featured in the Julia Bradbury Britain's Best Walks programme). We enjoy wonderful views over Snaefell and Laxey. It is a genuine rural idyll just below the only mountain on the island. We have 3 bedrooms available: one single, a small double room and a bigger double room. Please note that we (the owners) live on the premises. We are a Visit Isle of Man registered property nº655090

Private barn in the beautiful Manx countryside.

Our 'home from home barn' is easily accessible to the village of Laxey close to the beach and family-friendly activities. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Ideal as a base for walkers, cyclists and motor cycle visitors. Older children can be accommodated on our comfortable double sofa bed. We have a secure garage in which to store bikes. Full continental breakfast available, tea and coffee facilities. Please note, we don't have cooking facilities, only a kettle and a fridge.

Home from home by the sea and the southern hills.

This modern house is beautifully arranged and maintained to a very high standard. Here as guests, you enjoy a large lounge and sheltered garden in addition to attractive well equipped bedrooms and luxurious bathrooms. Welcoming twin bed& breakfast with private parking

Cosy, but spacious room in a quiet house within a quiet neighbourhood in Douglas with a 32" TV, lockable door and tea & coffee making facilities inside the room. Beds are available as twin, double or single. Shared bathroom (toilet, bath/shower) and kitchen with myself and my partner. Map & tourist information leaflets are also available and on display. Property is close to bus stops for town centre with shops, a post office, 2 Chinese takeaways and one pub and one restaurant pub nearby.

Bronwyn offers panoramic views from the lounge and balcony across to the Lake District and Scotland. Cooked and/or continental breakfasts included in price, plus additional meals at a small cost. Tea & coffee available 24/7. Quality bedding and towels provided, and emergency toiletries if needed. Plenty of room for vehicles on drive, but please note the driveway is steep when you first turn in. We are not licensed to sell or supply alcohol, but you are welcome to bring your own if wished.

Odin's Cottage

NB! Whole cottage available for Manx TT fortnight only (minimum booking 10 days) -giving extra kingsize bedroom with ensuite and a bed settee in the office, it could sleep up to 6 people. A quality barn conversion on what used to be a farm, next to one of the Manx Glens in beautiful countryside. Only about 30 mins drive to nearest part of TT Course, 10 mins drive from the beach. The guest room has a double bed, a TV, tea and coffee-making facilities and you have your own dedicated bathroom.

Superking en-suite with river views

Centrally located & ideally suited for exploring the island. Overlooking the river, a comfortable super king bed with feather duvet & pillows with cotton linens. The en-suite bathroom has a shower over the bath. A 2nd bedroom is available at additional cost but must share the bathroom and has use of the downstairs cloakroom. I will contact you to confirm what you like to eat for breakfast. We have 2 friendly house cats and 2 golden retrievers not allowed in guest rooms.

Single Room at Mallmore, Port St Mary

Mallmore has great views over the beautiful, sandy beach of Port St Mary which is a quiet & picturesque village in the south of the Island (25 mins drive from Douglas). Mallmore is great for individuals, couples and small groups. The Milking Parlour is a stunning single-level barn conversion, with breathtaking views across fields towards Scotland. The interior decor has a very contemporary and stylish feel. There is an open-plan living area, with patio doors which lead out onto the terrace where you can enjoy sunsets. There are two beautiful bedrooms - one double with an en-suite shower room and one twin with an en-suite bathroom with shower.

Newly renovated 4 bed semi detached with large lower ground kitchen/living area with bifolds doors opening out on to large garden. Roof terrace above with amazing sea views, opened out on to from large open plan separate living room on the ground floor. 4 good size bedrooms, 1 ensuite. 1 separate family bathroom. Separate WC on the ground floor for convenience.

Bay View Cottage, Port Erin, Isle of Man

Bay View Cottage is four star, gold award accommodation, right opposite the beach in Port Erin. All rooms have a sea view except the bathroom. The front garden is above the beach. The cottage has been renovated recently to a high standard and a sun lounge has been added so that you can enjoy the views - and, hopefully, sunsets - over Bradda Head. Pure magic!
