Beachfront vacation rentals in Islands

Staying with Giannis was really nice. The beach house corresponds to the photos, the sea is right outside the door! There are numerous restaurants and also good shopping in the village itself. We had a rental car, which makes it easy to explore the area, Nafplion is also very easy to reach. Giannis is an excellent host who was always easily accessible and regularly asked us if anything was missing. He also showed us the place and gave us a lot of good tips. We felt very comfortable right away!

It feels like home as soon as we arrived at Grigoris's place. We were welcomed by Christina (Grigoris mom, hope we got the name right). Christina was super friendly and helpful through our stay. She brought to us some home cooked Greek pastries and biscuits next day and we loved them. The house looks and feels better than the photos. Beautiful sea view in a quiet area. We felt so relaxpastIt has everything you need to enjoy your stay there. Great place for a family. Highly recommend and we will definitely come back. Lots of lovely memory. Perfect hosts, a peaceful home on a small street two minutes from Black Sands Beach and clear water. The pretty terrace to rest back from a day of visiting the island is undoubtedly a big plus. You'll find restaurants on beach street. However, I recommend a car. No worries, the house has a large parking lot that can easily contain two cars if needed. Kostas had recommended a renter to us that we did not take and with great regret. It was more expensive but a lot of car side scap on the island. Kostas also arranged our return transfers to the port. Her parents came to greet us when we arrived at the house and were there when we left too. Lovely people. I would recommend this place with my eyes closed and wish you a stay one day you won't regret it! Several Airb&b to my credit and definitely one of the best.

I stayed at Villa Salanti this January, and it was such a peaceful and relaxing experience. The location is truly unbeatable – waking up just steps away from the beach felt like a luxury, especially during such a quiet time of year. The villa itself was very clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We spent most mornings enjoying coffee on the terrace, taking in the gorgeous sea views, and even though it’s January, the weather was mild enough to enjoy walks on the private beaches nearby. One of my favorite things was how quiet and private everything felt. It’s the perfect spot if you’re looking to unwind and escape from the usual hustle and bustle. The hosts were also very responsive and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, I’d absolutely recommend Villa Salanti for anyone looking for a serene getaway – even in winter, it’s such a special place. Marilena was an incredible host! She very kindly allowed me to enter the Airbnb before check-in time. She even helped me book a taxi to the airport. She was very nice and attentive, responding to messages very promptly. The place was exactly as advertised in the pictures. Everything was clean. AC, hot water, and wifi working perfectly. It is perfect for a short stay close to the airport and just across the street is access to the beach. Walking distance from many restaurants and markets. As other reviews mention, you can hear the church bells but it is not that loud and I actually found the chimes to be nice. I would definitely stay again.

A nice place with pool near by the beach. The food is ok and they can cook custom dish if you ask for.

Our party of 6 adults stayed for 4 nights. Mailinda was extremely friendly, professional. responsive and helpful. She answered all our questions and helped arrange car rental. Daily service/cleaning service with clean towels and cleaning was beyond our expectations. The staff were courteous and friendly. The accommodations were comfortable, decor was lovely, and the location was fabulous. Located right on the ocean with private access to the beach was wonderful. Easy 5 minute drive to Oia allowed us to time our visits to avoid the busy tourist times. The island was very easy to explore. Wifi is available although the signal could be better. All in all we loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini.

Our stay in Agios Nikolas was incredible!!! The home was incredibly high end with beautiful design elements but still comfortable enough so we could relax. You can walk to the beach and there’s a great local restaurant right across the street. It is a quiet town, great for families or anyone who wants to find a Greek island destination that’s not too overcrowded. My favorite part though, was the host! He made us feel like we were a part of the family from the moment we arrived. He helped with reservations and recommendations at local restaurants, he equipped the house with basic needs like coffee and milk, and he even helped me get medicine for my jellyfish sting (SUPER rare for Greece in case you’re wondering, so no need to worry). He was so helpful and went above and beyond in every way. 1,000/10 I would recommend this home to anyone who might want to have a slice of paradise for a little while. Thank you so much for everything!

This house was unbelievable! The location was gorgeous and perfect. It felt private but also accessible and we LOVED the little town. The amenities and entire home were a dream and made our vacation perfect. The only thing better was STAVROS the host! He was AMAZING! Left us treats, helped us multiple times with recommendations, and even brought us freshly pressed oil! We definitely hope to be back!

This place is absolutely amazing. My wife and I spent our honeymoon at Aikaterinis apartment and we were completely satisfied. The inside provides everything what we needed. The description was absolutely accurate. The fridge is very spacious and there is a freezer as well. We cooked quite a lot therefore this was very helpful for us. The pool outside is very clean and also the temperature was perfect for the hot days in Greece. You can really relax at this place because there is not a lot of tourism at this area on Crete. Also the beach in front of the house is quite nice. We put our hammock under some trees and were watching the sunrise over Paleochora. I can totally recommend this apartment, especially for couples who want some relaxing time and together.

We had a wonderful stay at Yulia's place. The place was nice and clean. The terrace was spacy and the facilities good. Yulia was very quick to respond when we had some questions. The madresses and pillows could be softer but that will always be a matter of taste. We were very satisfied and would recommend Yulia and her place.

I stayed here on a girls trip. It was plenty of space for the four of us and we felt right at home. The views are amazing and we had everything we needed inside of the villa. Effie was so responsive and helped with any questions we had about the villa and the area. I am very happy with my stay. I highly recommend. FYI It’s also very private so it’s not walkable.

Our stay in Kea at Margarita’s place was simply exceptional! The house is beautiful, offering breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea that delighted us every day. Margarita welcomed us with warm and thoughtful hospitality, making our stay an unforgettable experience. The house is well-equipped, comfortable, and full of charm. Although one of the rooms was a bit smaller than expected, it still had a lot of character and didn’t diminish our enjoyment in any way. We highly recommend this place for a perfect stay on the island of Kea!

10 out of 10. Everything was superlative. Ms Georgia is a wonderful host, we had very good and reliable communication. The location is top, directly on the beach. The sunrise you can see it right from the bed!!! I have no words to describe how nice it was, how much we loved it, I can confess that we charged our batteries. It was exactly what we were looking for for a few days of relaxation, quiet, friendly and kind people. The cottage is super clean, equipped with everything you need, very well taken care of. Even if it was low season, I can say that there are enough locations where you can eat, fresh fish, seafood, traditional Greek desserts, where you can have a specialty coffee. Maria’s place has top quality furniture and all items in the place is top notch. I felt very comfortable. The property had fruit trees, a green lawn and its semi private beach. They provided four sun beds and two umbrellas to relax at the beach.

A place so warm and quiet like your real home. Flora and Elaine full of joy and kindness like family . Thank you very much for the perfect and unfirgettable days we spent at your beautiful house ! We will come back for sure !!!

Wonderful view!!! Location was a little remote, but very peaceful and serene.

We (4 adults and 4 children 12,12,14,14) had a very nice stay in Kalamata and we loved to be your guests. The location just in front of the sea was incredible, calm and harmonious. The apartments were lovely and really personally. The mattress comfortable. Some of us snorkelled for the first time, wonderful. We ate tasty food at the beach bar and the small restaurants nearby and feel a little bit greek. If you need time for yourself book a week in this apartment.
