Our cosy and modern bungalow is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. There is a solarium with stunning views to the sea. It is walking distance to a variety of bars, shops and restaurants. There are many excellent beaches just a short 10 minute drive away. A car is advisable. Please note: Due to a change in the law by the Communidad de Valenciana, all Airbnb hosts in this area are only able to accept bookings for 10 days or less. It is a villa built on a plot of 5000 m2 of pine trees at the foot of the protected reserve of sierra espuña.It is located 8 minutes by car from the center of Totana and 25 minutes from mazarron beach. The site is quiet and the landscape to cut the sulfur. It is the ideal place to relax and enjoy nature for families or groups of friends. The villa is very comfortable and rather upscale,with a warm and practical decoration. The pool is suspended locker at the height of the trees .
