Wow! My favorite airbnb experience so far! Hard to explain the beauty of this place in words but it is literally a paradise! Matthias was so helpful with providing us with any information we inquired about. The staff who assisted us during our stay were amazing and were always available to help us with whatever was needed. It was really a five star experience and I would highly recommend this place!

The experience was remarkable! First, I enjoyed the privacy I had, and the feeling that I was in the woods. The property was squeaky clean. Also, on the property there is a pool. I basically had it to myself. All the while, the beach is just a minute away on foot! This island of Contadora is big enough to explore, but not too big to lose yourself. Quite a few beaches and restaurants around. Beautiful location for Casa Perlamar!

I decided to take my Wife to Contadora for a Valentine’s gift. We spent 4 days on the island and Vincent allowed us to check in early and check out late, so we were able to go back to our favorite island/beach before flying back home! The place is very unique because you can see the airplanes landing and taking off and it’s very nice seeing the people coming and going and keep in mind that there are only 2-4 planes a day, so it’s really quiet and peaceful. You can see the beach through the trees and you can access the beach by going down the stairs. Everyone on the island is very friendly and welcoming. Vincent arranged our tours, dinner plans and he made us feel like Royalty!! We can’t wait to come back and explore other islands!!! Highly recommended!!

Beautiful house in an idyllic setting. The beach is beautiful and there is no one there. The island is still very wild with few tourists. Gianluca's restaurant on the main beach offers good Italian food. There is a small convenience store on the island with the minimum no need to bring food from the mainland especially if you go fishing with Philomeno! Inquire about the boat's schedules (departure 7:30 am from Amador) before planning his departure. Thank you for this wonderful stay

We had a great night on Contadora Island. Maurice was a great host. The house was exactly as described and pictured. There were only five of us, but the house would be comfortable with many more. Beach and bath towels were both provided. A/C in every room kept everyone comfortable at night. The private pool are was relaxing and refreshing. Good local restaurants nearby and beautiful beaches with in walking distance.

What an incredible experience. Not only the place was gorgeous, but the way the staff treated us was unbelievable. Additionally, the food made by chef Edwin was remarkable. No need to go eat anywhere else. Every single meal was a culinary experience that was worth living. Thank you again for everyone’s kindness and great hospitality.

Micheal’s place was a just as shown in the photos. Amazing location right on the beach! The house is spacious and although dated it has everything you would need. There were more than enough beds. They were all comfy with plenty blankets and plenty towels. The best part of this stay aside from the fantastic view and location were Maritza and her son. They were there to pick us up and there to help us with anything we needing throughout our stay! Micheal was very generous with letting us have an early check in as well as a late checkout. He also gifted us water which was super helpful. I would happily come stay here again!! Thank you Micheal, Maritza and Mykol!

Excellent service and communication.

Alberto’s place was wonderful! The location was great (beautiful ocean view and easy access to a private beach). The house was well stocked with anything we needed including kitchen appliances, coffee filters, towels, reusable bags to take to the store, soap for the washer, etc. The island itself does not have a lot of amenities, but the house is walking distance from the few convenience stores. Sra. Maritza is extremely helpful and picked us up from the ferry dock, helped coordinate a golf cart rental and boat rental, etc. We were allowed to check in early and stay late, which was awesome. I highly recommend!
