Amazing host and apartment! Great communication, we had to extend our stay and the host made it super easy. The place was nice and clean, had everything we needed, and the location is perfect. We also got local recommendations and were allowed to check in early and check out late. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay, it has everything to cook, towels, oil, coffee, etc! It is very much appreciated! What if the app's address takes me to the other side. But they responded quickly and I arrived without any problems! Pasan colectivos outside the house. I recommend!!

We escaped to Ushuaia and stayed in the depto of Florence, the truth very comfortable for short stays. Flor a genius as a host, she communicated all the time and was predisposed to everything we needed. Plus she greeted us with complimentary beer 🥳 Highly recommended! 🙌🏻

This was the second time staying in one of Sole’s apartments and after 3 weeks in the sea, it simply felt like coming home. Warm, clean, with a super comfy bed and a nice outdoor space. She ensured everything was ready and apart from being an overall wonderful host, she also offered an early check in, which was particularly helpful as I was working remotely on the day of arrival. Once again a big thank you 🙂

Excellent stay, comfortable place and with the essentials for overnight stay, we were coming traveling from Puerto Natales in base treking Torres del Paine, the one that said accommodation has a washing machine considerably facilitated our stay. I would definitely come back.

Nice stay! The place is basic but has everything you need. You may be bothered by traffic in the evening, but we didn't find this very disturbing. Plus the location is super central so it's part of it! Gianina and her husband are very friendly hoasts and are easily accessible. We could leave our backpacks downstairs on the day of departure and Gianina was kind enough to arrange a taxi to the airport for us. Very nice!

I didn't find the right address because of the wrong location, and the host drove over the blizzard to pick me up.The room is fully equipped.Clean, not far from the city center, there is a small supermarket downstairs, life is convenient, the host is warm and modest, I will definitely recommend my friends to stay here next time

Fabulous stay! From the moment we arrived, the experience at Natalia's Dept was outstanding. Everything sent by Airbnb was as is, making sure our stay was comfortable and pleasant. The rooms were immaculate, well equipped and decorated with a cozy style. The bed was comfortable, and all as was posted. We appreciated the location of the accommodation, as it was close to the main points of interest, which facilitated our tourist activities. I would definitely recommend Natalia's Dept to anyone looking for a pleasant and carefree stay.

The apartment is new. With many amenities such as a pool, gym and laundry. The building staff are very attentive. Maximiliano was very attentive while we were there and was always available when we had any questions. The apartment is very beautiful, the bed is comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need to cook a good meal. We would definitely come back again.
