Lovely place with all the necessary amenities and more. The facilities (swimming pool, hot tub and barbecue) we could be used 24/7. Ideal. Apartment is spacious and equipped with every comfort. Roberto and Erik are very friendly and gave us the necessary tips. You have plenty of privacy and with a car there is a lot to discover in the area, or by bike that you could use for free. Definitely recommended!

The experience at Margherita's house was enchanting. The location of the house is close to the most interesting places in the Sicilian Baroque, not far from the sea and the center of Avola, which has numerous places to visit and where you can enjoy Sicilian breakfasts and succulent dinners with the flavors of tradition. Margherita was thoughtful at all times , she came to pick us up when we reported some difficulties in reaching her , and in any case she had provided us with the exact location in advance . It was beautiful to get up in total tranquility; if you love animals you will find many backyard animals and their very affectionate dogs, which however will not disturb the quiet of the stay . Margherita pampered us by offering us a welcome bottle and making us find other Sicilian treats. Highly recommended!

Alessandro and Valentina are among the warmest landlords we have ever had. Not only did Alessandro pick us up in Syracuse, he showed us the area right away, recommended supermarkets, restaurants, even waited in front of the best bakery in Cassibile (Panificio Nanè) until we had bought bread etc. And when we wanted to rent a car to explore the area, he assisted us with advice and action. It was a wonderful contact with them at all times. The apartment is spacious for a couple, the terrace is the absolute hit: a fantastic view of the sea. So if you want to explore the area, Fontane Bianche with Alessandro and Valentina are in good hands. During the day you drive to Noto, Syracuse, Modica and relax in the apartment in the evening. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for self-catering, the beds are very comfortable, the bathroom perfect. The address is an absolute recommendation. We will be back :) !!!

We have stayed at many Airbnb's over the years but Casa's was one of the best. Even better than described. Huge apartment. Everything was thoughtfully designed. Very comfortable from the practical kitchen to the spacious bathroom. Bed was super comfortable with lots of pillows which we liked. The view was amazing with a lovely balcony. A lovely welcome basket was provided. Despite being over a busy street our apartment was peaceful and quiet. Casa was so welcoming with many suggestions as to where to go and where to eat ( which were all spot on). They proactively contacted us to allow an early check which was truly appreciated and allowed us to catch an early train and avoid the heat of the day in the gap between checking out and checking in with accommodation. We had a late flight and we were allowed to store our bags and use their "library" as a base before catching the airport bus. I cant speak highly enough of Casa's place. Brilliant!

Exceptional! To have an apartmemt this well set up right in the middle of everything you want to do and for it to still be a peaceful oasis is AMAZING. It is hard to find because the adress matches another apartment on the street. Use the pictures that.Nadia sends you to find it is on the other side of the alley and down a bit on the left coming from Via Roma. And one last thing. THE MOKADOR!. This was the best coffee we have ever had in a rental. Fantastic!

Our stay at this apartment was great! The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, ideal for relaxing and unwinding. An absolute highlight was the spacious, sunny terrace, which is equipped with good shade. Here we could have a relaxing breakfast in the morning and end the day with a glass of wine in the evening – just wonderful! The location is just as perfect: in just a 5-minute walk you can reach the beach, which was a huge plus for us. The apartment itself is tastefully decorated, clean and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. We would also like to highlight the extremely friendly communication with the host. He was always helpful to us and gave us great tips for excursions and restaurants in the area. We felt completely comfortable and can recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to spend an unforgettable holiday in Sicily.

The house was exactly as shown in the photos, the spacious and perfectly clean spaces with the availability of flexible schedules, since they had moved us the ship allowed us to stay in the house a little more.
