I recently had a fantastic stay at Rob's place in East Rochester! He was welcoming and responsive, making the check-in process seamless. The property was spotless and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The location was perfect, close to local attractions and dining options. I especially enjoyed the thoughtful amenities, which added to the comfort of my stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area and would love to return in the future!

This was a very nice home that was exactly as described. My husband and I stayed here with our pups and loved how cozy and comfortable it was. The location was perfect—close to the Strathallan—and we felt very safe during our stay. The host was incredibly accommodating, and the cleaner was both friendly and helpful. It was exactly what we needed, and we would definitely stay again!

I booked last min she responded back quickly , took me a second to get in once we seen the inside it was cute 2bd room , these pictures are old , the house looks so much better than the actual pictures ! I’ll book again

I recently stayed at Anarsha's unit, and I had a wonderful experience. The communication with Anarsha was excellent; she was always prompt and helpful in responding to my messages.

Very clean space in a great location. The actual space was just like the pictures showed. I had a little problem with the Wifi and they were very understanding and responsive. I would definitely recommend to anyone and if I ever need to stay in Webster again, I would want to stay here.

She was very nice . Responded back in the time frame sometimes even sooner . House was beautiful.

Wonderful place! It was perfect for a weekend stay. Loved the esthetics and it smelled wonderful lol only thing to note is that it is on a busy street. But I would for sure stay again if in the city!

We enjoyed staying at Coleen’s place very much! It was close to family, which worked well for us, but we also appreciated being close to the Erie Canal trail and shopping and trying out the small town experience. We especially enjoyed Connie’s cooking at her restaurant! Beds were comfortable. Bathroom and kitchen were clean and had everything we needed. Checkin and checkout worked well. Coleen was very kind and helpful!

Lynne is a gracious and attentive host. She even extended our stay for a late checkout, due to hazardous icy road conditions. The neighborhood is amazing. Cannot wait to return in the summer.

This was everything I needed on my long stay. Couldn’t have asked for a better place and better hosts. They made sure I had everything I needed and welcomed me like an old friend. Highly recommended this place especially for longer stays.

Nice apartment will definitely book again

It was a lovely Airbnb…just like the pictures Depicted. It was well stocked except that you need to bring your own soap for the shower. There are plenty of brand stores on Monroe Ave. if your need to purchase anything. Location is perfect and very convenient. Will definitely return again when visiting Rochester.

The place is quite roomy and has all the amenities you would expect. It is easy to get a good night’s sleep as the unit is quite quiet at night and can be quite dark if that’s desired. There is ample parking and Jamie is very responsive to inquiries.

This was my sister and my second time staying at Roger's AirBNB. We purposely returned for the wonderful hosting, convenience, access to great parks, museums, and family nearby. This time we stayed on the first floor which was beautiful and homey. The surrounding neighbors were friendly and I loved walking my dogs and chatting with them everyday. Roger is a fantastic host - always responsive, a gentleman, and professional. He was flexible with our wish to return this year for which we are grateful. We will definitely consider returning again.

I had a wonderful stay at Penny’s place! Penny was incredibly friendly, and made sure we knew how to work each amenity and was always available if we had any question or doubt. The place was clean and welcoming which always made us feel comfortable and relaxed after a long day of exploring the Rochester area.

Michael and Laura's apartment was cozy and full of character. The kitchen was adorable and inviting and we sat and drank coffee there both mornings enjoying the view of the trees and river through the big windows. Because Michael and Laura live in the main house, I feel like they would have been very responsive if we had any questions or issues (which we didn't). Although there are two small apartments plus the main house, it felt quiet and peaceful. I'd recommend this apartment for others looking for a comfortable spot that feels rural but is close to everything.

The apartment is large with high ceilings, giving it a great sense of space. The kitchen is well stocked. The additional heaters worked well in the midst of the cold Rochester winter. The bed was comfortable and the place was clean.

Rebecca was warm and welcoming. Her place was lovely. She made delicious muffins, and there were many snacks. Rebecca had a shelf in the fridge stocked with a variety of items for guests. My stay was peaceful!

Such a great and super friendly host! Helped me with all my inquiries around/about the area. The place was very nice and clean, nothing to complain about. I liked that I had my private parking spot and I really loved the location, this neiborhood looks fancy and very nice. I took a walk during the night and felt very safe and comfortable. The location is near by a lot of attractions, I just walked around and didn't even need to drive. I recommend this place and would love to come in the future!
