Are you seeking heaven? You will find it at the very end of the picturesque beach of Otzias, 5km from the port of Kea. A unique bungalow, in an incredible location, right by the sea, only 33steps from your very own beach-rock! The access to the sea couldn't be any easier, you could actually fish from the porch. This private mini beach seems like a dream, as it is a luxury rarely found at budget prices, but it is all very real. The studio is completely private &autonomous offering gripping views.

The local stone and the carved rocks on the walls, the intense presence of the wood and the natural ventilation offer ideal temperature all over the year.
