Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Ionian Islands

We stayed for 6 days and very much enjoyed ourselves. It was remote but pleasant with beautiful sunsets and fantastic sea views. The accommodation was perfect with lovely balconies with glorious views. Other reviewers have raved about the “private” beach. The beach is very small and wonderful if you are the only guests on it, but, as happened with us, a family arriving on our third day completely took it over, “throwing down their towels” from early in the morning. All in all though, a wonderful spot!

It's the best place we've ever stayed in Greece. Dimitris is lovely. He was quick to answer us, he was super attentive. Waited until 6am due to our flight delay. Her recommendations for places to eat in the area were perfect. The house is beautiful. We felt right at home. The views are amazing. They convey a lot of peace. The beds are comfortable and there is everything in the house. It's a good starting place to see the area. It's in a small town but very close to the sea and beaches. Thank you Dimitris!!!

An amazing location, the view is stunning, quiet, the house is very nice, perfect for a family of 4. Everything was very clean, bathrooms are really nice, very comfortable, you have everything that you need for a good week. The kids loved the pool. Beds are comfortable, terrasse is great to enjoy the weather and the view even if it’s not summer. A very good place to enjoy Kerkyra. It is recommended to have a car, even there is a regular bus in front of the house but you will need to walk to the different beaches. The host answers every question within few time, and welcomes us very nicely. We can only recommend!

We stayed in the Tezoro villa with my husband and family. The house was spacious for 6 of us. We loved the traditional village and the beautiful surroundings of the villa and pool itself. The house was so lovely and restored to an amazing standard. Ntoreta was so friendly and helpful she is a great host for anything you need! Would highly recommend staying here if you enjoy Greece away from the more tourist locations.

Lovely villa, 10 minute walk to the main strip Very fast responses and helpful host- met on arrival with water, wine and coffee. Towels were changed mid week. Very enjoyable:)

I really enjoyed my days in this flat. We were 6 minutes from the Agios Georgios beach and the host is very kindly, the flat is super clean. I really recommend.

Very nice place, cozy with all the utilities you need and very clean. Kevin gave us a lot of information where to go around the island so even if you haven't done any research he has leaflets with everything you need. Kevin and his family where very welcoming and helpful I definitely recommend to people. The Google maps doesn't pin point exactly where the building is so you need to search it through the walk mode. Doesn't take too long since the colour of the building is blue.

Athina was a perfect host, she answered all our questions and permitted us to arrive earlier. The apartment was really clean with all the amenities you may need. And the view and location were perfect. Thank you !

As far as hosting and hospitality goes, Athanasia went above and beyond and nothing was too much for her. We were given some really helpful tips and recommendations, especially on where to dine. The property is modern, spotlessly clean and lent itself perfectly to our needs, which was to have a property within close proximity of local amenities, whilst benefitting from privacy and quietness. The bed is super comfy and the shower is amazing. The kitchen was generously stocked with coffee (Nespresso machine and capsules) and utensils should you decide to cater for yourselves. Athanasia's property is aptly named Serendipity! Serendipity is a perfect and leading example of what is expected from an Airbnb property! Thank you Athanasia for everything and we'd definitely stay again!

Jannette's studio is perfect in every way. The seaside, direction Acharavi, can be reached in 7 minutes by a correct road. Quiet in an authentic village, while being close to the must-see sites to visit on the North coast. The apartment is spotless, comfortable, well-equipped, with neat decoration. Jannette and Derek welcomed us and gave us good advice. They take great care. The Taverne Grill de Nikos, 2 steps away, on the same street, is exceptional . Stay with Jannette and Derek with confidence. Denis and Dominique (Angers).

This place was perfect - I loved it - I didn't want to leave! It is spacious, well designed, comfortable, super clean - one of the nicest airbnb's I've stayed in. The roof terrace was just wonderful. I'll be back for sure! Dora, the host was fantastic. She managed to arrange an early check-in and late check-out for me which was greatly appreciated. Dora, thank you for everything!

Very central, but peaceful apartment. We had a great stay. Near town centre with shops, restaurants, bars etc. Everything is walkable, even the airport. Host was very friendly and responsive. Would recommend.

We had a great stay in Zakynthos. The flat is located very central and there is everything you need.

I can’t say enough positive things about this apartment. We had a wonderful stay and lovely warm welcome. Panos and the owner were very friendly and helpful. The apartment is great - modern and cosy. Perfect for what we needed. Incredibly clean, all the mod cons - very well equipped for cooking. Lovely little outdoor seating area and space to let clothes dry. Reliable mosquito nets - so you can have the door opens and not worry. Air con was great too. Perfect for toddlers as all on one floor - easy buggy access and no balcony to worry about. Gating around outside space offers privacy and means you don’t have to worry about the road etc - not that it’s busy. Lovely spot - close to beach, shops, restaurants. Our second time in Poros and will definitely book this place again.

We had an unfortunate start to our holiday when my wife lost her passport . Ellen was such an amazing support to us. She spoke to city police, airport police, taxi offices etc. Ellen was relentless and warm and assuring in her support and we are very grateful to her for that.

Dimitri is a very friendly and great host. I hope to stay here again the location is great and short walk into argostoli centre. Perfect little getaway.

Francesca’s home is a dream. From the moment my family and I walked in (husband, three kids ages 18, 20, 23), we were enchanted. We were met by Maria (Francesca’s mom) who took time to walk us through each room of the home. Her love of this special space is evident in the decorating, the restoration, the countless touches… every window provides a million-dollar view, and the location cannot be beat. We could be in the heart of Old Town in minutes, and we were right across the street from access to sea swimming (we went twice a day). There’s a great little market just a 2-minute walk away (although we didn’t have to go often - when we arrived, Maria had bread and olive oil, olives, figs, grapes, and more for us). While we set out to explore quite a bit, some of our best memories are sitting around Maria’s kitchen table playing cards with the gorgeous view of the water. We’ve stayed in Airbnb’s all over the world, and we all agreed Francesca’s is our favorite. We can’t wait to return.

The flat has amazing view! And there is everything you need there. Was a pleasure to spend time on the balcony. There is very beautiful church 15 minute drive from the place. And there is beach 5 min walking also spring water next to flat. Enjoy the flat it is great :)
