Great experience, would recommend to anyone looking for a family friendly place to stay on Carolina Beach. Easy access to a great beach location and perfect amenities!

Great central location with easy walking to the beach, restaurants, and bars… but yet a nice quiet street. Clean, simple decor and furnishings. Easy to get in and zero issues during our stay. I would definitely stay here again. I’d recommend bringing your own beach chairs.

I can’t tell you enough great things about our stay. We stayed a week for our annual family vacation and it definitely ranks number 1 in best trips. The house had the right amount of space. We felt at home and it was so welcoming for our dogs as well. I forgot dog bowls of all things but there were some there to use. The game area was well used by our adult kids lol. The neighborhood was nice and it is close to everything. I look forward to staying again soon.

Great place for our family while we were in town for a funeral. My nephew really enjoyed the game room. Had everything we needed. Host was easy to communicate with.

We had a great stay! Close to the UNCW campus and a quick drive to the beach.

This is my second time staying here and it was excellent! I was in town only for a few days and sit was only 3 minute drive to where I needed to go! 10/10 recommend!

My family and I had a nice weekend getaway at the property. It was very spacious and accommodating. We loved the bathrooms especially. The backyard area was very spacious and nice as well. I can imagine how much more beautiful it will be when the lake is full again. The only thing that was different for us was not having curtains or blinds in the whole back area (sunroom,back door, kitchen) and the front windows of the home. We live in the city area where we stay so we’re use to some sort of closure. Other than that definitely worth the price. Would highly recommend this property and come back again ourselves. This spot was perfect for me, my husband and two dogs. It’s so close to the beach, it was so quiet at night and it was so great to get a reasonable price that was pet friendly. It was super clean and the small space was well setup. They had plenty of extra linens and dog supplies if we needed them. It was also well equipped with the right cleaning supplies to clean up the space quickly. It was also within walking distance of everything we needed. Easy parking and it was super quiet at night. The neighborhood was safe and friendly as well! I’d definitely stay again!

This place— I would recommend a thousand times over. Gail and Gerry are some of the sweetest hosts I’ve ever had the honor of meeting and they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, comfortable, and peaceful. The acute attention to detail, such as music playing when we entered for the first time, truly showed just how much these hosts take pride in the place they’ve set up as well as the care and love they show towards their guests. We will be back!

I picked to stay at Audrey‘s place because of the location – and it definitely did not disappoint. The location is right on the Riverwalk, which is central to everything. The beautiful balcony was definitely the star of the show- which we felt like was needed since we were looking to be by water but didn’t wanna pay ocean front prices. The check out was a little early but luckily we had lots more to see prior to our flight home! Overall would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again :)

Stayed the weekend at the loft and was not disappointed. Everything was great and as shown in the listing. Other than the loud neighbors and their dog, everything was perfect. Wish we chose to stay longer :)

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at Nichole's residence. The place was super clean and the colors remind you of the beach. Loved the decor. Beds were comfy. We had a small issue with the toilet but Nichole had someone out within 30 minutes of me calling. I had my elderly parents with me so I appreciated how they moved expeditiously. I recommend this place and would stay again. Thanks for everything! 10/10

For the price, it can't be beat. Really pretty neighborhood in the historic district. Less than 5 min walk away is a convenience store (North Side Food Market) and an amazing sandwich shop (The Half). I had some questions about the listing and Harry came back with quick and helpful answers. If I'm being super picky, I wish the TV was bigger, and I wish there was somewhere to hang my clothes (there's a dresser, but not a spot with hangers.) But those are tiny things that do not detract from the amazing value. Thanks!

We loved our trip! We loved the location so much that my son asked if we could buy it and live there full time. Everything was very clean and everyone we ran into was so friendly. We’ll definitely be back asap!

This place was absolutely the best place I have ever been, I did several Airbnb in beaches locations but this one definitely stood out for many reasons. I didn’t need to ask for extra items cause Cristina had us covered with everything we needed. The location is perfect to walk to the beach, the apartment has all the appliances needed for our stay and she was very welcoming since the moment I made the reservation, we felt like home. We’re very satisfied and looking forward to rent this over again for the summer break. :) ohh the price was very reasonable and a great deal!

Centrally located and cozy place to stay. Our pups enjoyed staying here and there’s plenty of places to walk your dogs. The bed really needs to be replaced as anytime you move in the bed it makes a noise.

Super close to the beach access. Adorable place with everything you need! Wendy checked on us to make sure we didn’t need anything which I thought was super sweet. You can hear the ocean, the view is lovely from the porch. Would stay again for sure. The walls are a little thin so I would just be mindful and respectful of the neighbors below. We didn’t have the same respect when someone stayed above us on the last evening so just be mindful of the neighbors.

This is one of the best Airbnbs I ever stayed in. Clean and comfortable with beautiful Ocean views and access to the water.

We had a great time at Cam's place! perfect location for restaurants and all the sights. we wish we had more than one night here. you can hear the bar downstairs but with the provided ear plugs and sound machine we had no trouble sleeping at all. A beautiful view from the patio. Would definitely recommend!

4/2025 We had a wonderful stay. The 15 th floor had a wonderful view. We were there for a wedding, so the iron and full size ironing board was a lifesaver. Veronica was very helpful and quick to respond. We will book again.
