This place lived up to our expectations! The place was clean and had everything we needed there, and was very close to the beach. We had a great weekend!

If you’re looking for the best value stay to visit downtown Wilmington this is it! Beautiful home and less than 15 minutes from downtown. Tim is a great host and will make your stay more than enjoyable.

I can’t tell you enough great things about our stay. We stayed a week for our annual family vacation and it definitely ranks number 1 in best trips. The house had the right amount of space. We felt at home and it was so welcoming for our dogs as well. I forgot dog bowls of all things but there were some there to use. The game area was well used by our adult kids lol. The neighborhood was nice and it is close to everything. I look forward to staying again soon.

We loved our stay at this clean, quiet, and comfortable bungalow just a stone's throw from UNCW. Self check in was a breeze. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. The beds were comfortable and the whole home was pristine. James was quick to respond to questions. We'll stay again the next time we're in Wilmington!

This place was wonderful, beautiful interior and perfectly located. Less than 5 mins away from downtown with lots of things to do. There were just about two minor things that should be improved that we noticed. The front door only closes when locked, if not locked then door will slide wide open. The other was the window in the bedroom. I was checking all windows just for security purposes and noticed that window frame was a bit loose even with the window closed and locked. Other than that, our stay was great. Would definitely recommend 👍🏾!

My family and I had a nice weekend getaway at the property. It was very spacious and accommodating. We loved the bathrooms especially. The backyard area was very spacious and nice as well. I can imagine how much more beautiful it will be when the lake is full again. The only thing that was different for us was not having curtains or blinds in the whole back area (sunroom,back door, kitchen) and the front windows of the home. We live in the city area where we stay so we’re use to some sort of closure. Other than that definitely worth the price. Would highly recommend this property and come back again ourselves. I've stayed in a lot of Airbnb's and I have to say that Erin's was definitely one of the cleanest I've stayed in, and definitely THE cleanest I've stayed in in the NMB area. Right away when you walk in you feel like your at a friend's home, cozy & homey, not an investment property (impersonal/cold feeling). Erin & Luke were super helpful, we had a problem connecting to the Internet & Luke came down and fixed it within a couple minutes. It's a great location, close to beach, right on the canal, quiet and lovely. The only that that didn't suit me, which is 100% just a preference, not a problem, the bed is quite soft, which I know a lot of people absolutely love, but in case you don't... Would definitely recommend Erin & Luke's place and would definitely stay again if they have availability on the dates I'm in town

Great location with just what you need for a few nights at the beach! It's only a few blocks from everything in CB but on a quiet residential street so you can get your rest. Easy parking right in front of the house too. The place is pretty basic but the point of going to the beach is to be outside anyway! It's the perfect place to come back to after tiring out the dogs at the state park or Freeman Park.

We love staying at Bob’s place, it’s beautiful, great location and view and also convenient parking. Bob is the best host!

My husband and I booked this property to celebrate our 22nd anniversary, and it surpassed our expectations. The location was fabulous, in walking distance of all restaurants, bars and stores with plenty to do. The balcony with its spectacular view made for a perfect evening with a glass of wine. We will definitely be back!

The Loft is a great place to stay in a lovely little town. Very close to the beach and a short walk to several restaurants and convenience stores. The pictures of the interior of the loft don't convey the actual spaciousness, we didn't feel closed in at all by the eaves. It's a comfortable place for some great ocean therapy!

This is a lovely Airbnb. Great location, well stocked with thoughtful items such as throw blankets, makeup wipes and Keurig pods. It is walkable to great restaurants and the waterfront and the parking pass was so convenient as parking is right in that area. Super quiet also.

Wonderful long weekend in Wilmington! Rachel's rental is a great location to enjoy all downtown has to offer. And oh, the unit itself was outstanding! It is exactly as described, yet felt even more inviting in person. Yes, it is on the petite side, but for just two people it was perfect. We did not use the kitchen (too many great restaurants to visit), but the rest of the unit exceeded our expectations. The sofa is actually so comfortable - description does not specify this but both sides recline. The bathroom was super nice, huge shower with great water pressure. The bed is a little on the firm side, but that's a personal preference. The building is very secure with the security code to get in the lobby and another to get in the unit. Unit door can be a little funny to close, but we got the hang of it. Had no problem, unloading or loading, and the parking garage is only a couple of blocks away. Just hold the parking pass up near your review mirror. We will be back - thank you Rachel!

Harry’s place was perfect for a weekend getaway for my husband & I. The place is similar to very large efficiency apartment with a kitchenette. Best thing about Harry’s place was the location! Walkable to the downtown & river area, lots of great restaurants, breweries, & coffee shops within a few block. Harry also provided some great recommendations. We would definitely stay at Harry’s place again!

Shane’s condo was wonderful. It was very clean and well decorated. One of the best things was how much he provided in the kitchen. Plenty of spices and other staples. He provided all the every day necessities. The bed and furniture were very comfortable. We would definitely rent this condo again.

What a great find! We loved the condo! We stayed for a month during winter and loved it. Just a few steps to the beach. We really enjoyed our walks with our dog on the beach. Very secluded and peaceful location, but at the same time close to all the amenities North Myrtle beach has to offer. Just what we were looking for. The condo is just like the photos, very comfortable and spacious, with a newly remodeled kitchen that had everything you need for cooking. Great for long stays. The balcony faces a natural reserve which makes the place very private. It was so convenient having direct access to the parking lot, with no steps, so we could bring our groceries straight from the car to the unit, using the carts the condo provided. Cristina is a great host, very responsive and friendly! Highly recommend renting from her. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! Hope to come back next year!

It was the perfect spot for our weekend getaway. Very cool space in a very cool town with plenty of places to eat and shop. The beach access was easy to find and very short walk. The view of the ocean from the kitchen was unique as you looked between two condos. It was clean with all the amenities you would want. Wendy was extremely responsive and helpful. We will definitely book here again if we ever back this way. Thank you Wendy for a great place and a great stay.

Cam made it a very seamless trip. Easy and accessible during check in. Simple and quick during check out. The location speaks for itself, walkable to everything! Just like Cam said, you will hear the bar beneath the apartment.

We really enjoyed our stay here and had a great time! it was my boyfriends first time in Southport and he was impressed. The location was a nice walk to downtown and you could walk along the water line. The beach at the condo was nice and provided great views of the sunrise. The hosts showed attention to detail and you could tell they thought of ways to elevate the experience! I would definitely return to this location!

I enjoyed my time here. Beautiful views that complimented a relaxing weekend. Jeffery provided his cell phone number incase of emergencies which demonstrated his availability and dedication to resolve any problems should they arise. Bathroom was super cleaned and the master bed was comfortable. The outside property is going thru renovations but this did not impact our stay. Just an FYI if you are physically impaired, I did not see an elevator and this place requires you to walk up stairs to the 2nd floor. I would totally stay here again if this place is available on my next trip. Thanks for a good experience!
