Treehouse vacation rentals in Indonesia

This was such a serene escape. super beautiful and surrounded by nature. the staff were so friendly, accommodating, and helpful at all times of day. the restaurant that is part of the retreat has amazing views and good food. breakfast was always delicious if I had to give any heads up, it would be that because you're staying in the mountains, everything is uphill/downhill via stairs including your room. if you're someone that cannot do a lot of steep stairs, this isn't the place for you. other than that, my husband and I were absolutely happy and so far during our Bali trip, it was our favorite stay

We loved our stay in the treehouse with Firefly, all the staff are super friendly and proactive in helping you out. The treehouse had its own charm, with it being half outdoors, especially the living room (which on my part I had no fully noticed from the photos on the listing but that was my fault) but otherwise it was a lovely stay, there are mosquito nets and fan so you won't get too hot or get bitten by mosquitos in the night. We also loved the cats in Firefly ecolodge, will definitely come back and stay again if we are ever in Ubud. And shout out to the staff Putu, she was lovely and welcoming :)

Great place, great accommodation

This is a really special place! It’s just beautiful to look at and so cosy with all the wood and decoration. We loved the open ambience - you can actually listen to the waves while falling asleep. 50m to the beach for surfing with many beach bars/restaurants, if David doesn’t make some great Pizza that night 😍 David is lovely, everything went well and we had a good time with him. Big recommendation for everyone who’s looking for something to remember!

we really loved it. Great non touristic area with beautiful nature and peaceful atmosphere . they help you rent a scooter and pick you up/bring you to your previous or next hotel!

My husband and I had the most relaxing time during our stay here. The room was incredible - it was our own private treehouse. Everything was great, from the outdoor tub overlooking the mountains, the view and sound of the waterfall from our room, to the hammock off the balcony. We got a head/upper body massage on the property and it was the best massage I’ve ever gotten. The restaurant has amazing views, good food and the friendliest staff. There’s a waterfall you can walk down to directly from your room which was nice! Highly recommend this place if you’re looking to relax in nature. I did see a tick on the toilet seat (which can be expected, you’re in nature) so just be careful to check yourself. Wonderful spot all around!

One of the best places I've ever stayed at! Not only is the place absolutely beautiful, the location is breath taking and Choky and his team go out of their way to make you feel at home. Would stay here every single time when I'm in Tetebatu!

Absolutely beautiful little haven - slightly down a nowhere road - but the best surprise when you do get in - little escape and would of liked to stay for longer - Gojek did work fine in the area so stopped me from doing nothing - and the breakfast was one of the best I had in any hotel in Bali - I was there for 6 weeks. Experience to be within nature :)

We fell in love in Desa Eko from the moment we stepped in and felt right at home at our Avocado Tent greeted by their friendly and attentive Team at the restaurant where we enjoyed our daily breakfast and delicious dinner with satisfying vegan options prepared with local ingredients. Expect genuine hospitality, proactive staff, free mini bar soft drinks, house chocolate bars replenished daily 🤗 and if you come in season, right at the entrance, delicious fresh durian from the Munduk Valley the island should be proud of sold by the friendly vendor. Communal showers are clean with abundance of piping hot water, best enjoyed after dark to the tune of cicadas. Fireflies light up the night and nearby waterfalls trail is a treat to any nature lover and avid fruit hunters like us who delighted in abundance of avo and jackfruit trees, impressive vanilla beans and cloves grown on the grounds. Be prepared to burn calories climbing up and down the steps. Basic level of fitness is a must.

It’s like a paradise! Although there are inevitably some small insects, mosquito repellent is provided. The staff here are really nice！

The host and the manger wayan are very sweet people…very nice place amidst the nature. Please book their spa services it was the best massage i had ever…5 stars to the property.

We loved the two nights spent here to visit Nusa Penida. The place is really very charming; both rustic and atypical; the accommodations built around the trees, the very large pool, the shaded common area, it is very pleasant to stay there. The team is very attentive and extremely friendly, always good advice, with recommendations in line with what you are looking for and a very complete list of Nusa Penida's tips will be shared with you. This place is also GREAT value! Feel free to rent a scooter (rather powerful type N-Max) to visit the surroundings of the island. And finally, test the banana pancakes for breakfast, a treat! Thanks again to the whole team.

Putri is incredibly hospitable and communicative. The staff went above and beyond with all my requests, ensuring my stay was both enjoyable and comfortable. The lodge is extremely beautiful and one of a kind with stunning views and a peaceful/relaxing vibe. The interior is designed beautifully with unique features that you won't find elsewhere. Yudha made the checking in & out process so easy, such a friendly and welcoming person! The tree house was so dreamy, spacious, comfortable, close to so many restaurants and shops! I loved my stay at the tree house and would love to come back. The amenities were amazing!

I highly recommend staying at the house of singing bamboo! It's something unreal! Surrounded by jungle, rice fields, private grounds, beautiful flowers and plants! The owner of the house, Annette, is very helpful and kind. I sent all the necessary instructions on how to get there, met and saw off, helped with everything we needed! We found and agreed with the laundry about a quick wash and dryer, I was sick and did not need medicine - Annette helped with everything! Very delicious breakfasts, which you cook yourself))) for the entire stay you have eggs, bread, butter, honey and jam toes lick! You will also have a plate of fresh fruit every day! We really liked the outdoor shower and bathroom) it is very romantic to take rain in the rain in a thunderstorm! Thank you so much for your hospitality, Annette! We hope to see you again!

We stayed in a tree house and we absolutely loved it. My 9yo son saw a green chameleon and tree frogs. This made his trip and he was very sad when we left. The food was really good and the quality was there - we ate in-house at the resort restaurant every meal, as every dish was scrumptious. The staff was very flexible and helpful. We visited the near-by waterfall, and went to the Batur mountain and lake for a drive with a car organised by the resort. One of the male staff, Wayan, took my son numerous times around the resort to explore the wildlife, and this friendship was my son't favourite part of the trip. We had a dream holiday, thank you Sebatu Resort staff! We will be back. :)
