Nice Villa with lots of amenities. Grounds of the resort are beautiful with lots of pools and beautiful landscape. Very clean and quiet.

Timothy and Connie’s place was perfect for us. We felt right at home . It was clean, well Equipped and cozy. Connie was very attentive and friendly. We highly recommend staying in their place!

We enjoyed a quick stay in Karen's home! The place was clean and cozy, plenty of space for our family of 3. Karen was flexible and responsive. We didn't have time to explore the neighborhood but we felt safe and comfortable during our night there. Would visit again!

Host was very friendly and very helpful with instructions and showing us everything. He even gave us the option of picking 1 of 2 different rooms too. The rooms were very nice and clean, and very quiet. We would definitely stay here again

A great Airbnb! Everything was perfect but what really stood out was the location. Super close to some great restaurants (can walk there) and it was nice and quiet. For a light sleeper like me it was so nice to not have cars going by or people outside. Inside was exactly as shown and described. Sofa bed wasn’t lumpy or springy. Hosts are extremely nice and responsive.

Stayed at this cute Airbnb for work and traveled onto Palm Springs for meetings and outings. Great spot for a 20 minute drive to PS or a 40 minute drive to Joshua Tree. The pace is clean and has all the basics needed to rehear leftovers or make a basic breakfast and lunch.

We really enjoyed our stay in La Quinta. Mark’s place is in a beautiful little community nestled in the mountain. There were pristine pools all over the community, a restaurant and guard gate so it felt safe. We would absolutely go back again. Thank you!

We had an amazing and peaceful time. We were looking to get away from the big city and enjoy nature and the outdoors, and we found that here. The place had plenty of space inside and out. The inside was clean and beautifully decorated and designed with 3 separate fireplaces being an extra enjoyable touch. We had such a great time that we would definitely book again in the future.

Great location! Such a cute house that represents the ultimate Palm Springs vacation getaway. Beautifully decorated home with great amenities. Pool and spa were a hit for stay. Local restaurants were amazing, and El Paseo Drive is so close with all the best shopping you can imagine. Beautiful scenery with mountains and palm trees all around. Definitely would recommend this property and my family wants to make plans to visit again in the future.

Had a great stay! The place was easy to find and in a fantastic location, just a short drive to downtown La Quinta. The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a kitchen that had everything needed to prepare meals. The jacuzzi was a highlight, with an easy-to-follow app for controls. Plus, having included parking made everything even more convenient. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay! The place was exceptionally clean, with spotless bathrooms and fresh linens. The beds were nice and firm, providing a comfortable night’s sleep. The kitchen was well-stocked, and we appreciated how new and clean the dishes and utensils were—plus, the new dish sponge was a thoughtful touch. The backyard was super cute, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. Overall, a fantastic stay, and we would definitely book again!

Overall, the place was as described, beautiful, clean, amazing hot tub, and private. If you are planning on using the grill, make sure that there is propane in the tank prior to heading out ( I assumed it would be provided). Great location, nearby stores and restaurants, with great view of the mountains. I recommend this place!

We have been staying in JT annually for years now & this place is by far our favorite! We loved everything about the house & the location. The house is spotless! The beds are super comfortable. And the kitchen is nice & roomy. We had fun playing bocce ball, relaxing in the spa and the best part: sitting in the den playing records! We went to The Station & two guys were selling used records so we bought some to add to our collection, of course playing them in the den first! Everything was so perfect we didn’t want to leave. We will ABSOLUTELY be staying there again!

Very nice fully refreshed property - felt new, even though the house is in an established area. Everything clean, spacious. Of note - some places don't always have perfectly clean pool and spa. This one was really nice - was cleaned before we arrived, and the filtration system clearly is a good one. Water looked and felt nice and clean for all 3 days. Responsive hosts. Awesome kitchen. We fell in love with the condo as soon as we walked in the door. The mid century decor was adorable. Beds and linens were comfy. Lots of bathroom, kitchen and laundry supplies were there. When we opened the cutlery drawer we were tickled "gold". The views from this second floor unit were of the mountains and palms. Citrus trees were in the Villa. The heated pools were a good temperature, just right. You are a very short walk to all the shops and restaurants in Downtown. Justin let us know about road blockages near us for NYE and for the Film Festival which was much appreciated. Our time flew by and we wanted to stay but work was calling to us to return.

We had a very comfortable stay The place was immaculate, well appointed and tastefully decorated. The kitchen had all the amenities It was a very nice neighborhood too

Kevin’s and Riley’s place is a comfortable condo in a quiet and convenient location. The hosts are quick to respond to all inquiries. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this unit to anyone planning a visit to Palm Springs.

I stayed two weeks while I volunteered at the American Express golf tournament and the Palm Springs film festival. It was a perfect location for everything in the valley. Close enough to 111, quiet, clean, comfortable - everything I needed! I'd definitely stay there again.

Sally was very responsive. She is a great communicator. We loved the place. It was clean and exactly what was advertised. The only negative, and this is I think an Airbnb negative, is why am I paying a cleaning fee of over $200 when every Airbnb place I rent has a number of chores I have to do at checkout? I had a grand 7-night experience at Mike’s Palm Springs, CA offering for my first ever Midwest Chicago winter getaway Superb location for going “car-less” with short walking access to everything PS downtown has to offer & easy Uber/Lyft access to Palm Desert, PS Tramway mountain lyft & airport access. Highly recommend & very affordable
