Cottage vacation rentals in Indian Rocks Beach

Our cottage wasn’t ready when we arrived but Captain Al was very responsive and accommodating! He provided us another cottage in a timely manner and generously took care of our dinner tab while we waited. It was very chilly in Florida during our stay and Captain Al brought us an additional space heater to use during our stay. The location is amazing and the cottages are very unique! We’d definitely come back!

We had a wonderful Christmas at this charming cottage in Dunedin, FL! The home was immaculate, with a cozy yet open living, dining, and kitchen concept that made it perfect for family gatherings. With 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 clean, modern bathrooms, everyone had plenty of room to relax and unwind. The backyard was a standout feature—spacious, well-maintained, and ideal for enjoying the beautiful Florida weather. The quiet neighborhood provided a peaceful retreat, yet we were just minutes away from the vibrant downtown area, filled with great shops, restaurants, and attractions. This was by far the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in. Beautiful and private with lots of amenities. Laura was always responsive, but we never had any issues. Everything was so well thought out and made our stay so relaxing and stress free. It truly was a little paradise.

Location, location, location! We loved staying at Tropi Cottage! Scott was great and greeted us upon arrival. His backyard is WOW! The cottage itself was comfortable and cozy but not cramped. The private parking outback was perfect and very accommodating. The cottage is about a 5-7 minute walk to shops and food options. You’re right in the mix of the marina area but at night we didn’t hear any hustle and bustle because you’re so tucked away at the cottage. It really was a great stay.

Amy was kind, approachable and flexible. We had a home away from home, an important part for our child, and it was very clean.

Tim and Jeannie are the best hosts ever! Communication and local recommendations are top notch! If you are like us, you’ll be on the go because Saint Petersburg offers so much with arts, culture and outdoor recreation that most of the time was being out and about. However, when you get back, you’ll feel like you’re at home and everything you need is right there! Sleep in and eat breakfast at the cottage, come back early and watch a movie or hit the hot tub or just do another load of laundry and hit the beach one more time! It’s so convenient and the best location ever! Thank you Tim and Jeannie :)

Excellent place to stay - had everything promised and was perfect for 3 people. Loved the backyard

Christopher is a great host. He was quick to respond to any inquiries from us and always available if needed. His place was exactly as described, and we appreciated the coffee and “goodies” provided. The location is great for accessing areas of interest- close to Crescent Lake and the dog park, and an easy drive to beaches and shopping. We enjoyed our month at Christopher’s place and hope to be back. The only issue we had was a few days of nasty weather, and Christopher would have fixed that if he could!

If you are looking for a historic, old-school Florida home, this is it. The only reason it isn’t a perfect score is that the hurricane closed most of the shops that make Pass-a-Grille quaint. We were able to support a few local restaurants, and the local traffic was very light. We wouldn’t have changed our trip, but it would have been good to know. It seems like businesses are working hard to get back on their feet. Overall a good experience. I appreciate Lisa’s great responsiveness.

The cottage was immaculately clean and comfortable. It was stocked with everything you would need such as kitchen necessities, toiletries, extra towels and beach items. The pool was beautiful and even lit up at night. It is a three minute walk to the beach and some of the bars and restaurants. It is a very quiet neighborhood. The host was extremely nice and responsive with everything. We would stay there again. And I loved the free library out front. I left a book in there ☺️If you are thinking about renting this cottage, you definitely should, you won't be disappointed.

Just steps to the beach closer than most places. Room was just as described and very clean our dog felt right at home during our stay. We will consider staying here again when we come back down for vacation!

An easy and great stay about 10 minutes drive to Clearwater Beach! This was a perfect longer stay (1.5 weeks) for my wife, two medium sized dogs and I. The double rooms and desks were great for working from home, fenced backyard great for our dogs, and the front porch excellent for meals! We would definitely be back!

The stay with Martine was excellent! She is super nice and very communicative. She offered us lots of local recommendations. I stayed with my dog and she was very kind to her also! Highly recommend this host!

This is probably our favorite Airbnb to date! The location is fantastic, on a street full of restaurants and bars, about a block from the beach. Yet, it was quiet! The place is very comfortable, with awesome and quirky decor, two bedrooms, and an air-conditioned, screened-in front porch, which was our dog’s favorite part! Great value!

We loved staying The Highland Hideway! Such a great location to explore Dunedin. We were able to park our car for our stay and walk everywhere during our two night stay. The cottage is very cute, easy to get in and out of. The only issue we had was arriving at night in the rain as the street was blocked due to road construction so it was difficult to find at first. But after that first night, not an issue. I would highly recommend this cottage for your stay.

I went with two girlfriends for a girls weekend and this was the perfect spot. Across the street from a quiet beach and lots of things to use like bikes, stand up paddle boards, and beach chairs. The place itself is super cute and comfortable, although I think three people would be the most I’d try to fit in there. Andi was very friendly and responsive and made sure that we had everything we needed. There’s a cool bar that is literally right outside of the place, but unfortunately it was closed during our stay. Maybe it’s for the best though, because it’s open until 2am!

Very responsive, went above and beyond!

This house was amazing. It was just 2 of us, and the lay out and the location of the house was perfect. You get access to a private patio, and a deck that overlooks the ocean. You are less than 50 steps to the beach- cannot complain about our stay here! Loved it and 100% would be back again in the future.

The place was very cute. It looked exactly as photographed. Place was closed to all the places we wanted to go. Host was great with communication and we were able to check in early too. Thank you having us and would definitely recommend this place to others!

This was the first time staying in an Airbnb and I highly recommend this property and the management company, 5 stars ⭐️ . The home was just as advertised but better. Home was sparkling clean and I own a cleaning business in Tampa, so that says a lot! It was walkable to the beach, great restaurants and grocery stores. Everything you need for the first day/night to get you started on your getaway. The pool was clean and we loved the beach sand area of the pool area! The host and his associates were very responsive. We look forward to staying at this house or any of the other 29 properties the host has!

We had family to visit in New port Richie so it was an ideal area for us to stay . Nice touches to the little cottage . It had everything we needed . Comfortable bed, washer, dryer , shower, stove top, microwave and best of all ? Our dog was welcomed . People seemed friendly in the are . There was soft music playing for us upon our arrival . Host was next door but gave us plenty of space . Outdoor lighting was helping when we arrived at night

The location is golden. The place was private and had a perfect outdoor space for a dog. The cottage was very clean, sheets were fresh. We felt very comfortable and it's nice to have a king size bed. It is in walking distance to everything! Parking was easy.
