Beachfront vacation rentals in Indian River County

We loved staying at Helen and Charles place. The place was clean and spotless. It was larger than what the photos showed. We love sitting on the porch, watching the boats go by. The road leading to the house was so beautiful with large oak and Spanish moss, and we were so close to the ocean, which was just across the bridge. Helen was such a sweet person and so friendly. We met Charles, and he was very nice and friendly.

Our new favorite spot in Florida! Will definitely be coming back and telling friends about it :) Everything was so clean! The sheets, the kitchen… it was very comfortable. We cooked dinner every night and the kitchen had everything we needed, appliances and cookware. The backyard was private and beautiful, perfect for having breakfast. Lots of plants and there is a fire-pit with wood :) The short walk to the beach was my favorite, you go through this street filled with fruits trees, tons of orchids and the sounds of nature… just like a forest in Costa Rica haha There are some good local restaurants and the recommendations from the host in the folder at the house were 10/10 Rick and Tammy were super friendly, welcoming and their cozy place is a hidden gem for a vacation in FL Also, super dog friendly beach and house, the private yard is enclosed so the dogs can explore freely! Last, the sunrise by the beach is remarkable 🌞

Meagan was an outstanding host. She was very responsive and really cared that we had a great time at her beautiful place. We stayed as a family of four and there was plenty of room for all of us to enjoy. The location cannot be beat - you are steps from a gorgeous secluded beach with so much wildlife around. We got to witness a new sea turtle nest being discovered and staked out for protection. We did not stay with our dog this time but will return with her so that she can enjoy the beach as much as we did. Thank you Meagan!

Lauren was a great hostess. The house is close to a private beach, which is awesome. We felt at home.

Martin"s place was perfect for my husband and I while we were in Wabasso Beach for a couple days to ride the Jungle trail and explore the local wildlife preserves. We were very comfortable and had all we needed. the location was great for quick access to the trail and to the beach! Thanks again Martin!

We had an excellent stay in Vero beach for Thanksgiving. We have been going to Vero for 30 years now and never disappointed. It was awesome to finally find a simple and homey place to stay in the village. The beach was a 2 min walk, as well as having access to all the local shops and restaurants. We only used the car when we had to go over the bridge for errands or things during our stay (which was rare). Otherwise everything was right where we needed it. The place was quiet, clean, simple, and very modern- you could tell it was recently renovated. The kitchen was fully equipped for us to make all our meals. We loved that each bedroom had a bathroom too! We would 100% stay again our next trip.

Easy walk to the beach. Eric was a great host and had some local tips we took advantage of.

Our stay at Charles condo was very nice. Even if a little thing, loved that we left a sweater behind and they were so kind to contact us and alert us to the fact to be able to return to us. No hesitation about recommending their accommodations. Thank you!

This was the second year we've stayed at David's condo and it was just as great as the first. We did come across an AC issue during our stay, but David was quick at trying to fix the problem, but unfortunately was out of his hands and a problem for the building manager. Regardless, it was bearable with a fan that we purchased to keep it cool enough in the living room. Other than that, the place was perfect. 10 steps to the pool and a few more right to the beach. Thanks David for another great vacation!

Wonderful quiet cosy place to enjoy by a private beach. Enjoyed the sunrises on the beach and especially enjoyed the beautiful pushbike that was available to use. Cynthia is a wonderful attentive host. Thank you ☺️

Noel was a wonderful host! The location is absolutely perfect. The room felt right at home. The beach was very close! Many restaraunts, bars and shops in walking distance. Thank you for a wonderful stay Noel! and for the chocolates!!!! We will definitely plan our next visit this summer!
