What a beautiful home, a perfect location, and the setting around the home is seriously like a little park oasis. The lights were on with music playing when we arrived, and we felt so at home. the screened in pool is amazing. Kids fishing the dock, watching the dolphins and manitee, and literally a one minute walk to the beach, just so much to do, we hardly left the house area. We had a couple problems with equipment on location, and Michael and his family were above and beyond responsive and strove to fix any problems as fast as possible. After meeting Michael, to me it's worth noting, these are also great people. My favorite place so far for spring break, and the most responsive owner. Would love to return. 11/10

What a great home Derek offers! Nicely furnished, clean, well-stocked, great location. Gleason Park…just a couple of blocks away, is a wonderful resource. Hard to find any faults in this home! We (plus our 11.5 year old Lab) had a great stay!

We absolutely love staying here and have been doing so every year since 2018. Sherman and Marlene are the best hosts we have every come across in the 100+ Airbnb's stays we have booked over the years. This is the place that we use to judge all the other airbnb places we stay at. So far, no other place we have stayed at has even come close to Sherman and Marlene's place.

He is a super responsive and friendly host! Went here with a few friends for a mini stay-cation and it was wonderful. The place was spotless when I went in, lots of amenities, a full kitchen with a plethora of utensils, and the pool & hot tub was amazing. Anytime I had any questions, Tim would respond within 10-15 minutes. Lovely place and definitely would book again.

3/10/2025 Review of the Yellow Beach House, Cape Canaveral. The Yellow Beach House was a great stay with a very good quiet location and nice amenaties. A ten minute walk and you were on the spacious beautiful Atlantic Ocean beach. The pool area is outstanding with plenty of lounges, a large tiki hut and additional seating and fire table. The house has plenty of linens and cookware to prepare any meal. Sondra, our host was very responsive to any questions or issues. I would highly recommend this house. Roy L.

Walking into the townhome, it felt like home. Alot of the same finishes and high quality as my own. Beds/linens/pillows were extremely comfortable. Plenty of beach towels and beach chairs. Kitchen was well supplied for cooking. All appliances functioned. The one way street it's on makes for little traffic and beach is fairly quiet but close enough for my teenagers to walk to the public beach for more things to do. I appreciated the extra touches of high quailty robes and slippers in the master suite.

Your place was such a blessing , very clean, stuff to do for the kids was an added bonus ! The location was Perfect literally a 2 min walk to the beach . We had a memorable vacation bc of you ! I’d live here if I could! Donnetta and her husband are the best AirBnb hosts I’ve come across, hands-down. Our TV had a dark spot on it, we notified them just to give them a heads-up just to let them know, and they replaced it the next day! They even invited us out to a meet and greet with the other guests, complete with refreshments, but unfortunately we had an early flight the next day. We’ll definitely be coming back, though, if we’re lucky enough again to snag a reservation here!! Thank you for being such great hosts!!

I brought my German family to America/Florida for the first time, and this house exceeded our expectations. They loved the house, pool, walking distance to the beach, and the amazing sea life that swam through the canal (dolphin, turtle, and family of manatees). We had a wonderful visit to Cocoa and this house made them feel at home in our wonderful state. Highly recommend for small family looking for a beach getaway.

The home was beautiful and located in a very nice and peaceful neighborhood. We had complete privacy with no problems or interruptions. We brought our family and grandchild to Florida, it was a beautiful place with all the amenities we wanted. The hot tub was a family favorite and the kids (adult children) loved how close the beach was. The neighborhood was safe and peaceful, the house was overall a 10!!!!

Great location on the beach. Had everything we needed in the condo including beach chairs and coolers. Neighbors were all super nice . Laundry not in unit but just a few steps away. Complex had a bench that is great for drinking morning coffee and watching the waves.
