Waterfront vacation rentals in Ilsan

I’ve stayed at Devin’s places a few times over the past couple years, and they have come to be my go-to places to stay in Seoul. The building is easy to find which is super helpful when coming from abroad and you’re too jet-lagged to try to explain to the taxi driver where the building is, especially if it’s your first time in Seoul. This place had great views of the Han River and Lotte World Tower. The apartment itself is exactly as pictured and has the amenities for a long term stay. What surprised me the most was the amount of storage available in a studio apartment. I stayed for two months and I brought a lot of things. I was able to store everything neatly so I didn’t have to live in clutter for two months. Devin is also always really nice and responsive. I definitely recommend staying here!

The location is excellent—just a short walk from the subway station. The space might feel a bit tight if you have large suitcases, as there’s limited floor space. Overall, it’s clean, well-maintained, and definitely recommended.

A lovely place to stay with an amazing view towards the city river. Bed was very comfortable and room is spacious, all amenities smartly integrated. Jini was very helpful throughout to direct us on how to get, even though we had a late night check in. We will definitely come here again next time we visit Seoul! :)

the place is very clean place, i love the surrounding area. Sean really help me with everything i need. i recomend this place if u need something different vacation. no crowded place. the airport limousune bus needs 20 mins walk but its fine for me.

The accommodation is conveniently located right above Mapo station so getting around was extremely easy! It was a very comfortable stay. Eden was very responsive, there had been a slight hiccup that happened early in the morning but Eden responded and helped assess the situation promptly. Thank you so much!

Even if I go to Airbnb in many countries, I've never seen such a perfect place to stay. Cleanliness is basic, and there is a bright and pretty interior and even a diffuser, so I had a very pleasant stay. It is close to Lotte World, so you can walk to shopping and things to do, so it is strongly recommended!

The place was great and clean with lot of amenities. My husband and I loved the ambient lighting as well, if you are from America you don’t need to bring anything with plugs because the host provides it because Korean plugs are different. The bed was very comfortable and the area was safe and a very easy walk to konkuk univ station. Only thing that wasn’t the best was going up stairs with heavy luggage and no elevator but it was doable and the place was worth it! The host was very kind and helpful as well~

The place is very clean and has a lot of beds, which is great for a large group of people. Each room has air conditioning, so you can have a pleasant stay even in the summer months. In addition, the accommodation was spacious, so I was able to stay comfortably, and there were plenty of cutlery, so there was no inconvenience when cooking.

I stayed here for 2 weeks with my grown up daughter and the place was perfect for what we needed, a base to explore from. The fact that there is a bus stop right outside the apartment is really handy. The bus can takeyou to the local metro or it takes 20 minutes to walk. Really appreciated the washing machine with laundry detergent and there is also a small airer to use. There is also a 24hr launderette nearby! The kitchen area has everything you possibly need to make a meal but we often ate out and only used the kettle to make ramen! If you stay when it's cold, the heating is amazing. There's underfloor heating that makes the space super cosy! Plenty of on demand hot water and complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided by Sulin. Oh and toothpaste! We REALLY liked that Sulin provided a fabric freshener for our clothes that smelt from the delicious Korean BBQs that we ate at! So handy to have & a good idea! Loved staying here. It's quiet & Sulin is a lovely host!

Great place to stay. Very responsive and helpful host! If there were any issues she was always quick to respond and deal with it. And she was also very accommodating with changing plans. Couple minute walk from train, bus, convenience store, and grocery store.

This is an awesome place! The design of the Airbnb is so cool, has an awesome view and great lighting. The neighborhood, Hongdae, has an active night life. I stayed a week with some friends and every night we’d always end up back in Hongdae, walking the streets, singing karaoke, playing games, going to club etc.

2 toilets, 3 rooms, spacious living room dining table (8 people) These are the main advantages, and I'm satisfied overall without regret:)

Our family had an excellent week long stay. If you want to get away from the super touristy area and really experience the Seoul local scene, this place is perfect, near all things within few minutes. Host is super responsive and the place is very clean and pretty good sized considering it's Seoul. Would definitely be back!

It was the perfect place for us to stay in Seoul and Ingi a very good host. Very nice location, good to reach from the main station and to discover the city. Confortable appartement with lovely roof terrace.

Eun was really responsive and helpful. The location is close to bus and subway stations. It was very quiet and comfortable.

It's so nice! There's a lot to eat nearby, and the convenience store is in the same building, so it was convenient. The interior of the accommodation was so neat and pretty, especially the bedroom was really cozy!

Overall, a lovely stay in the apartment. The place was modern looking, well-situated near a subway entrance and worked well for our family. We appreciated the early check-in that you were able to offer. Thank you again for providing the extra bedding (blankets and pillows) beyond what was included in the listing. The kids said this was the “fanciest hotel” that we stayed at during our trip in Seoul.
