We spent ten days of absolute rest in a dream place Having that deck and being able to enter that wonderful sea were the best vacation. We recommend to take snorkeling as you see turtles and lots of fish right there. Also very good repellent since the island has a lot of mosquitoes. Eduardo is a great host, always attentive and quick to respond. The house is just as it appears in the photos, simple and comfortable, with an incredible view.

Environment extremely pleasant, clean, with great access, polite people, very close to the beach of Abraahao, very close to markets, pharmacies. Great cost benefit. Sandra is very attentive and requests all the time. I'll definitely be back 🥰

I stayed at the Retiro da Dorothee beach house 1 month with my family (4 people and 2 dogs) The house is wonderful, the retreat area is super quiet and quiet, and 15 minutes from the city of Angra. We had people working in meetings at the same time and the Internet super fast and stable. The dogs loved the stay, super wide backyard, the beach is quiet. Dorothee was very kind, and went further than expected. The village put a net around the yard so that we can be calm about the dogs not leaving. Mr Nilson is super nice and always ready to help. He lives on the property that is the only downside of the house for privacy reasons. But it is very discreet and not intrusive. I recommend it! 5 stars. I'll want to return.

Great place to stay with the family, I came from Ireland to visit my parents and took them to Alex's house. What a place! What a view! It is literally foot in the area. The place is calm, the noise of the sea is wonderful, the residents of the island are very kind and help whatever they need. You can take tours around the island, which is amazing, it was one of the most beautiful places I've ever been in RJ. Super recommend!!! Alex was very kind and welcoming, always checking if we were comfortable and making it clear that if we needed something it was just to get in touch with him. It's well worth going there, you won't regret it!

Our stay at Gilles' house was wonderful, all very good, close to the center of the village and the beach where the tours come from, and the service and support of Cida was sensational, helping us in everything we need! We'll definitely go back more often!
