For those who like nature and do not care about luxury, this house will be your refuge from the rush of big city. It's just cross the avenue and you'll be on the beach and the Araçá Dunas are a 4 minute walk to the beach. Away from the agitation and agglomerations of people and in contact with nature. The immense terrain allows children to play and the whole family can enjoy the beach 20 m away. BBQ grill at the top of the house, with views of the surroundings, quiet and quiet place.

Great House in Ilha Comprida

My place is near Supermarket, beach, main av., You will love it because it is close to the beach and on an island surrounded by nature, dunes, Adriana Lagoon with pedal boats and equipment for physical exercise and simple but very well cared for squares. My place is good for couples, families (with kids) furry friends (pets), there's room in the back and front where you can store cars or use it as a leisure space; you know what? I don't trade my place for anything.

Fully renovated and equipped property, facing the sea and in a quiet neighborhood. It has a main house with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and kitchen integrated with the barbecue. In the back, we have an in-law with a bedroom, living room and bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning and the living rooms have fans. The front of the house offers open spaces for 3 cars. The balcony house has full sea views and 2 hammocks. Windows with railings. Security cameras.
