Great space as always

We needed an urgent place to stay given our hotel reservation fell through unexpectedly . The stay at 1219 Homes was pleasant with all amenities as described . 24/7 electricity and WiFi outside of few hours during the night , but the place was clean , quiet , and safe - we really enjoyed ourselves and appreciated the help from the House Manager Mr.David . Would 100% recommend !

So… I have been to a couple of Airbnbs around d world, however this apartment stands out. Clean as depicted in the picture, host is responsive and responsible, apartment makes me feel at home, environment is veery peaceful, no disturbance or issue whatsoever. And by the way, this is not a paid review , if you have any doubts, i suggest you book a night and I bet you’d leave a better review than I just did.

Decided to stay at odelia apartment following recommendations from a friend. My children and I had a wonderful stay and was very easy to settle in as apartment was well organised and instructions visible. Apartment was as described,easy to access safe and very serene and private and yet close to all amenities. Host Bayo was responsive and made sure that any query was easily resolved. Access to street is gated and entrance to building is also gated with friendly staff such as Yusuf who was very helpful . Apartment was clean and cleaned intermittently during our stay by polite and professional staff. We throughly enjoyed our stay which came to an end quickly. I highly recommend the apartment and will be staying here again in the future. Bayo is an excellent host.

A beautiful and private holiday residence. Highly secure accommodation with onsite property management available. Despite losing two days (no fault of the host, but British Airways), and initial glitch with technology, (which was resolved promptly by the Managers), the rest of the stay was made enjoyable and was able to negotiable a late check out. The swimming pool was a selling point for my daughter who was a keen swimmer. Highly recommended!

T stands for TOP NOTCH! This is our 4th stay here and we are always happy to have chosen Toyin as a host. The home is maintained very well and the staff has always been great!

The place was safe and the on-site staff was helpful with everything. Communication was very amazing. Parking was very easy to figure out. I ran into some issue with the previous tenant not leaving but it was handled well and we were able to check in and our stay was uninterrupted

Akeem's place is a secure property, nicely nestled at the end of a very private close. It boasts very spacious en-suite bedrooms, ample kitchen, and what can only be described as a gigantic master bedroom (equipped with a walk-in shower and a jacuzzi). The electricity is 24/7 - the ACs work so well, you may end up turning them off and using the fans - they are that cold! The doors are all code-entry (and thumb), and seamless to enter and exit. With a big family, it was imperative to feel one had competent security - and this was definitely the case in this property. When you consider we were also welcomed with what turned out to be a whole week's drinking water supply, it is no surprise that the family want to return as soon as possible!

I and my family are returning guests! That’s how pleased we are with Mr. Eedris property, and overall services! We were able to host an event successfully! Mr. Eedris responded to all of our inquiries very quickly! In fact, almost immediately. He is flexible as we had a need to check in early and check out later, and he accommodated those needs! The location was very easy to locate for our guests! The amount we paid for the stay at Mr. Eedris’s property was absolutely worth it!!! We will be staying there again when we have a need for a place in the area! And, this property is very highly recommended! We had a very successful event at this property! Thank you is not enough for your kindness, generosity, hospitality, and stellar services!

Fola’s place is an oasis in the middle of Lagos, the garden is beautiful & peaceful - IK was so helpful and everyone made me feel at home. Thank you 🙏🏽

Gertrude is a very wonderful host.. It was an absolute 10 out of 10 experience for me to be honest. The mansion spacious and spotless, and the environment entirely peaceful and absolutely perfect. It makes you feel like home. liked the fact that its a gated estate, very quite environment. The living room, kitchen and dining on the lower level and the rooms are at the upper level, the electricity and high speed internet (Wi-Fi) were 24hrs(no black out) and this is a very clean environment and security is top notch; it really exceeded my expectations as everything I needed was there, and the host was very responsive and attended to all our requests, can call it home away from home... Stayed 5weeks with my family, we really enjoyed our stay... I like to say a big thank you to the gatemans who was very kind to us and helped us with errands when needed. If you want comfort and great service this is where you want to stay. I'm definitely coming back....

Babfemi's place was exactly as advertised. It actually felt more welcoming in person. If I ever needed accomodation in that area, I would stay at Onixville again. The host is a pleasant person and was available and willing to help whenever I reached out. The environment is clean and quiet and all the amenities are updated and functional. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there.

This is my second stay at this apartment and it was great. Very clean and well furnished with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I would defines recommend it and would stay there again.

I don’t really have much to say rather than I enjoyed my stay at Sola’s place. It feels like home, I was able to catch up with my Amazon prime TV shows etc.The house help was amazing. she comes around to check if anything is needed. My next visit I’m staying there for sure. No doubt

David's apartment was exactly what we needed! He was so helpful and attentive when we needed him, his apartment was very nice and it is close to many different little markets and shops, including the Ikeja Mall. Perfect location for our trip.
