The house is excellent, perfect location, close to restaurants, bars, cafes , markets, in a quiet street with plenty of privacy..everything very clean and organized, very large space, both internal and external, had all necessary utensils and mt more... no doubt recommend.

Clean house, with pool and barbecue area. All well organized and easy to access. No words to talk about Maira from the beginning was accessible and proactive. I will certainly be back.

We were received by D. Sônia, the mother of Heitor. A grace, very polite, welcomed us well and made us super will, in addition to being at our disposal by phone. The house was very clean, organized, wonderful showers. Everything works perfectly. Including kitchen staples such as salt, coffee powder, oil and sugar have become available for our lodging. Manhumirim is very hot and Heitor left the clean pool for our arrival, which we were able to enjoy even during warm nights. Street and quiet and safe neighbors, we sleep with the windows open every night. We will certainly be back! I recommend it.

The house totally met our expectations, especially because we went with an 8-month-old baby and had no difficulty. Everything was very clean and tidy. Fully functional accommodation. The house is very close to the entrance to the Serra do Caparaó Park and the tour was worth every second. Mr. Edimar was super requested and greatly facilitated our stay, check in and checkout. We are sure to indicate this accommodation and as soon as we can, we will be back.

Very pleasant stay, quick response from the host, attentive and kind. The differential of being a place that accepts our pets was the main point for us to choose the place that offers tranquility, coziness, amenity and natural beauties. We recommend staying on-site, especially for the attention and care of hosts.

A real contact with nature, right next to a river with beautiful wells close to the house. Bichos and insects are normal since it is in the middle of the closed forest, but nothing bothering. The kitchen is perfect. Penas that we went in a rain period (at Christmas) so the waterfall fills a lot due to the descent of the waters, but the house is high so there is no danger.

The only detail I think is important to point out: if you go in the rainy season, the road that leads to the house may be complicated, as it was very bumpy. It did not rain in the days of our stay and it was very quiet to make the journey, even though our car was low. The kitchen window has a beautiful view! I'd come back more often.

Tati and Vagner were wonderful! We felt at home and we had two very relaxing with good wine and a good book. The land has two more houses, I wanted to go further, rent them all and bring my family. For the little place of peace in Caparaó.
