Quiet and practical, there is also some playground for the kids just at the door.

Viktoria is a great host. The apt is exactly like photos, very clean, close to markets, restaurants and public transportation. She even provide the basics in case you want to cook your own meals. Location and size was perfect for my stay. I highly recommend it.

Perfect location next to Balaton with good restaurants and souvenir shops. If somebody is going by car, its free, safe parking area.

Great apartment, ideal location for sightseeing tour in Budapest, everything within walking distance, a lot of shops/ restaurants nearby. We felt very comfortable as a group. 2 bathrooms big bonus. I arrived at night with my 13 year old daughter, immediately felt very safe in the area. The apartment is absolutely recommended, everything in the description is clean and plentiful. Phuong offers reliable impeccable service ( concrete simple instructions/ ) responds quickly if needed, very helpful . Has great tips . Eszter's place was exactly what I needed for my solo trip—peace, quiet, and stunning natural surroundings. The sunsets and sunrises were beautiful, and the calm, quiet nights provided the perfect setting to unwind. I specifically wanted a remote location, away from the village, and this place delivered on that perfectly. Just a note: the road leading to the property is a bit of a bumpy gravel path, so keep that in mind when booking. But if you’re seeking tranquility, you won’t need to hesitate—it’s worth it!

Perfect place in the heart of the city. So clean and pleasant in every way. Wonderful ride on the elevator, which has an old mechanism and beautiful doors - really cool! David is a sweetheart and was super responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend! 👌🏻

We totally loved our stay here! The apartment was even bigger than we thought, only the kitchen was a bit small, but we didn't mind it since we didn't really need to use it anyway. But there is everything you need - fridge, microwave, plates, cutlery, cups, glasses, kettle...just everything. The bed was very comfortable and big enough for two people (and still with some space left!). Everything was clean and great. Charlie gave us great instructions on everything and even left a paper with recommendations (and a map) on the table, so we had some great tips for restaurants! He was also very kind and responsive. He even let us check-in earlier which I really appreciated. All in all, I would definitely recommend this place for shorter or longer stays!
