Great place, modern, clean and good layout. Extra toilet. Supermarket within walking distance and enough place to park safely. Very nice area that is just outside the hustle and bustle of the city. Late check in was possible and Marjen's response time was very quick. Immaculate apartment with 2 good bedrooms with good beds and air conditioning both upstairs and in the living room. Annette’s apartment was lovely, with everything you could need for a long stay. The roof terrace was spectacular, we really enjoyed using the sun loungers. The apartment is so well positioned in my view, as it is close to Le Mata we’re they have a really cool outdoor market, which is a great place to get your veg and so much else. It’s only a few dozen meters to the beach which you can see from the roof terrace. Alan who met us at the apartment was super helpful and very kind, really appreciated all his efforts. We would definitely go back again.

possibly the best airbnb experience I've had, Maria and Alex were very responsive to messages and incredibly helpful, they even gave me recommendations for where to go for food. I was able to find the flat and check in by myself with the clear instructions from the hosts, it was straightforward and easy :) the apartment itself is lovely, perfect size. I stayed by myself but would also be a perfect place for a couple, or maybe three if the hosts allow it. it has all the amenities you could want, even bicycles! thank you María and Alex for a great stay ☺️

The apartment is renovated and has everything you need. The location is very good, a 5-minute walk from Paseo and the beach. The host was very quick to answer some questions and was always vigilant that everything was ready. He also accessed some special request, which is very much to be appreciated. Highly recommended.

We had a perfect stay! Apartment is very clean and has everything you need. It was nice to have a parking spot in the garage.

Although it is at the end of the sleeve and it gets a little heavy going for the traffic, it's worth it. The area is very nice, quiet and with a good swim at the beach. The house is spectacular, very comfortable and with spectacular views. The balcony it has is 10. You have all the services nearby and some sensational chiringuitos. Also, the hosts are spectacular, very nice, and always respond to everything and fast. It is highly recommended!!!

Everything was good but it was extremely cold about 6 degrees. However Ruairi made an electric fire available

Great stay. Space met expectations. We experienced communication with host Nick as very pleasant. 1 tip: don't leave anything outside unattended because a lot is stolen in the neighborhood. Unfortunately, we were the victim of this. Again, as in so many places, unfortunately there is a lot of speckling around that have provided it on your belongings.

The stay was very good and the landlord was very nice, I even give us help with the car when I was not obliged to do everything 10/10

Rosa is a beautiful person, adorable, who advised us from start to finish on good restaurants and different activities. The house is great, there are 2 additional floors on the ground floor and on each floor there is a terrace, as well as a large terrace downstairs, 2 bathrooms. Everything was perfect, the area is beautiful with splendid views, terraces you see the sea, sand and palm trees, it's beautiful. The area is quiet and you are less than 15 minutes from Alicante☺️ We recommend Rosa, the value for money is great and the area is so beautiful. Thank you for everything, we'll be back for sure:) Our doggie also loved it, he could get on the terraces and enjoy the sun peacefully ☀️ See you soon☺️

Excellent,prompt communications from hosts. Apartments as described. We were on a golfing holiday and Roda golf club is within 400m of the property. The 30% discount on golf rates would be very useful if you did not purchase a golf package

The check in was quick and easy. The apartment was clean, secure and felt safe. It’s down the windy end of the Mar Menor, a 30 second walk from the water sports area and a surfers style bar. There wasn’t any sun on the apartment however, that was a relief from the heat some days. It was a good 30 minute walk to the strip where all the restaurants are, we had a hire car and that was better for us personally.

From start to finish it has been great. The apartment was immaculately presented and had everything we needed. Ian helped me get transport and was at the other end of the phone for anything I needed. Big thank you Ian. We will see you again xxx
