Bungalow vacation rentals in Hudson Valley

Good getaway spot for a weekend in the winter. The area was quiet and private. Not too many people around which was great. Not far from downtown Lake George and 15 min from Bolton Landing. Place was clean and had everything we wanted! We will go again at some point! Beautiful views if you walk towards the water. Fireplace worked well. Kitchen and bathroom were very clean. All basic amenities provided.

This is truly a gem. It's a sweet little cottage that has a genuine cozy feel to it. It also felt very roomy and had a very inviting lived-in feel. It has everything you could EVER need and fully stocked with all the essentials for cooking and entertaining a small family. Donna was a wonderful host and we fully intend to stay with her again next year!

We had a lovely time and were very impressed with Gabrielle's response time when we had questions. I plan on returning next year!

Echo Lake had become a very special trip for my family. We appreciate that the kitchen stuff is as nice as our stuff at home! No internet this time, but we didn't have any trouble using a hot spot. It was great to have a safe vacation during all this. Thanks again, we can't wait to come back

Nice cottage on water, scenic channel in back, large tides, beach atmosphere, totally good. Fairfield is a nice town 10 mins drive. friendly neighbours. Cool place, Not far from NYC. Thank you Nadia.

Our stay was fantastic. Great location being right on the lake and waking up to that view every morning. Short drive to the main town. Close to restaurants, activities and gas stations. So many thoughtful touches put into the home that made it feel like home. Host provided many amenities (kayaks, paddleboat/board, fire pit, outside lounges, food goodies, coffee, toothbrush, games etc.) Host was very responsive and flexible. For a pet friendly location it was very clean. We are so grateful we got to bring our boy and share this amazing trip with him. He loved the dock. Would love to stay here again and would suggest this location to anyone wishing to visit Saratoga!

Super comfortable, great waterfront view, easy walk to a beautiful beach, many thoughtful touches including good coffee, well appointed kitchen, etc. This was a great escape from the city. We hope to return!

This is my second stay in the quiet and cozy bungalow. It is exactly as described , and it is a very peaceful place. I was able to get a lot of academic work done during my 3-day stay. I was very comfortable doing so. I also took some long walks around the beautiful lake. The ice fisherman were very friendly. I will be back again next year. Thanks Dena!

Lisa’s home is perfect, located in a gated community near most of the Poconos attractions. We felt very safe and comfortable in the home and would highly recommend staying here.

Immaculately clean, beautifully decorated space. We had some issues with the tv but Trena was super friendly and responsive about it. It was exactly the space we were looking for when set out to book! Trena even left us fresh-baked chocolate chip bread and a lovely bottle of wine. Would absolutely stay here again!

What a wonderful spot! Having such a comfortable place to stay made the weekend special. So cozy and warm sitting inside and looking out at an ice skater on the frozen lake yesterday. Such a peaceful location, we’ll definitely be renting again.

This is the second time we've stayed at Frank's blacksmith's bungalow and we love it just as much as the first time and appreciate so many things-- our friendly and responsive host, the coziness and warmth of the house, the sound of the river out the door, the quaint tiny village of High Falls and the abundance of beautiful nature which we've experienced in multiple seasons. We'll come again and again!

We had three terrific weeks at Beverly's place ! She is such a nice and cheerful person, and always ready to help. The cottage is really comfortable and in an ideal location. Pool was a great plus and everything about the stay was very nice. Our whole family loved it.

This was a perfect spot to stay for a few days. I was in town for work and it was a great home away from home; I was on overnights and the place was so quiet and tranquil.

Doug's place exceeded expectations. It was spotlessly clean, quiet, and had everything we needed for our four night stay. It was conveniently very close to Gore Mountain. We would definitely recommend this listing and would return.
