Vacation rentals with a pool in Hudson River

This was our second time back to the pool house and it was amazing, again. We thinks of everything to make you feel welcome. Milk and eggs in the fridge. Muffins and croissants waiting for you. Pristine home. Fully stocked kitchen. I was even able to host a few family members for Christmas dinner and had everything I needed to make a lovely dinner. We also travel with two dogs and Sue is so accommodating, making our pups feel right at home. Thank you, Sue, for making our holidays away from home so peaceful and enjoyable.

I highly recommend a family home, it makes you feel at home 🏠

The house was great! Our two infants loved the large deck and pool. So close to town and the beach. It was a perfect getaway!

My stay here was phenomenal! From the host’s response time, down to the amenities that were placed throughout the house. As soon as you walk in, it felt like home. The house is spacious and highly functional. The design of the house offers a perfect blend of modern mixed with nostalgic elements. The best stay by far. Would love to book again!

Five stars doesn't feel like enough, if anything I'd say everything was better than we'd expected based on the pictures and the reviews! First, as others have mentioned John was an incredible host, the place was well stocked and had all sorts of snacks and drinks (and a nice bottle of wine); he also bought us dinner and was very good about keeping in touch the whole time we were there. The house was amazing top to bottom, but I have to specifically call out the pool, which was jaw-droppingly beautiful and the perfect temperature despite cold weather outside. We loved the neighborhood and yard to walk our dogs, and the kitchen was great to cook in (made me miss having a gas stovetop). We'll definitely be visiting again, it was the kind of stay that sets a new bar for what to look for in a vacation!

Really enjoyed our stay. Host is very friendly. House is wonderful and so comfortable. Had a wonderful sleep both nights. Location is very convenient. Quick access to so many restaurants and then 15 minutes to downtown for a game. Would definitely stay here again

We loved staying at Craig’s house. Very warm and inviting with everything you need. Very quiet and peaceful wooded area which we enjoyed very much at the end of the day.

Henry was helpful and super quick and responsive with all communication, which is key in making a comfortable stay. One thing that would be helpful for future guests is to include the precise location (or photos from the patio) of the condo. It faces the street, so for families with small children it may be a little louder compared to the condos on the mountain. Otherwise, we had a fantastic time, and would return for sure!

We stayed at Julia's vacation rental for a 3-day weekend with our four children under the age of 12. The things that were great: 1) the unit is 150 foot walk in ski boots from a ski trail that will take you to the Mount Snow lift, which was great because we didn't have to shlep 4 kids ski gear, 2) the four kids loved the bunk bed room and were comfortable, 3) there are two large shelves of board games the kids enjoyed, 4) the access to the Sports Center which has a heated indoor pool and hot tubs were a great way to end the day after skiing, 5) the outdoor locker was a great place to dump all the ski gear (much better storage location than inside the car or inside the unit) and 6) very nice fluffy towels and bed sheeting was comfortable. A combined liquid shampoo and body soap is provided in each bathroom, which is the same that we use to bath our kids at home.

Very clean and great location. It was about an 8 minute walk to the Ramshead lodge and we ate at two restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The shuttle was also easy and ran frequently. Would recommend!

Absolutely wonderful stay and host. I've stayed at dozens of Airbnbs and this is one of my favorites! Doug's place is even better in person than the photos. We were a little nervous taking our first trip away with our baby, but it was extremely clean and comfortable, and Doug was so kind and responsive. The condo complex has a lovely boardwalk for taking walks, and the deck furniture was so comfortable to lounge in and take in the beautiful view. We hope to be back!

You really can’t beat this location. It’s across the steet from the lifts and the village with lots of restaurants/bars/stores. The space was perfect for our family of four. Our two young children stayed on the pullout and we thought the king bed was quite comfy. We would def stay here again!

Beto and Scott are amazing host! From the complimentary wine to ensuring that we were comfortable by checking in, I couldn't ask for more. My family and I are truly appreciative to have experienced our stay in their home during the holidays. If you're considering renting this, please do (especially in the summer). No complaints!

We had a lovely time at Healing Waters Farm. Great location close to Belleayre Mountain. The place itself has everything you need, well stocked kitchen, and lovely clean bathrooms. The property has a calming stream, large swimming hot tub and sauna which we our family enjoyed. Recommend highly for a peaceful getaway.

Beautiful home worked perfect for our wedding visit. Loved sitting on the deck! Beautiful landscaping and very private! We were very confortable and able to relax between events and visit. Donna wad very flexible and allowed us to enter early so a dew of our family members could do s little remote eork. I hope to rent here again in the future! As a special surprise we saw the northern lights from the deck one night!!

If you're looking for a stay off the beaten track this place is perfect - so much so that there is no cell signal so be warned! We even saw deer roaming the huge front yard(?) It is very child friendly, they have toys, high chair, crib and a stroller for use which reduced the amount of stuff we had to take. The only slight downside (to be expected) is the hot water tank is only 40 gallons and takes around 45mins to fill up so as a family of 5 we had to time the dishwasher, washing machine, bath time and showers carefully. Hosts are super responsive and were on hand to answer any questions.

One could not ask for a better hosts than Christina and Phil - they are extremely communitive, proactive and helpful. Their house is beautiful - gourmet kitchen, in-ceiling speakers throughout the house, nice deck, pool and a picturesque location. The master bedroom has access to the back deck and a great shower. We had all three bedrooms full and everyone enjoyed their stay. We did not take advantage of the kitchen, but if we come back to the Hamptons we would stay here for longer and cook some meals. We are art collectors, so definitely appreciated the works Christina & Phil have amassed. The one thing I would bring to the attention of future renters is that you definitely know you are in somebody else's home - this is the first time we have unpacked only to find that every drawer was full, so we had to place stuff on top of the dresser or on the few open shelves in the closet. That said - totally worth it and would definitely recommend this Airbnb. Hope to be back soon!
