Queens Park is across the street from the property and the surroundings are quiet.The host was well serviced and responsive.The house is as described in the pictures and will have a chance to come back to stay.

We were already familiar with the property "Panorama Resort" from a previous visit & returning felt incredibly pleasant. Naturally, we were curious about this house, as the pictures looked very promising & the communication with the owners had been so warm & friendly. What can I say? We've booked many houses worldwide & enjoyed wonderful moments - but THIS house surpasses them all!! After our long journey, we were warmly welcomed with a well-stocked fridge. The attention to detail in the decor is simply a dream – a fantastic kitchen equipped with absolutely everything (and more) you could need (I loved the milk frother so much!), charming decorative touches, bedrooms with fridge & coffee machine, spacious & spotless bathrooms, cozy beds with comfortable linens, friendly cleaning staff, a stunning garden, a pristine pool and beautiful lightning. What more could your heart desire? We absolutely loved everything (!) and are so grateful to Janet & Dave for this wonderful experience!

It was a stay of a lifetime. Some differences vs the picture in the air bnb page but that doesn't mean its worse, it was better with more plants and house animals. My kids love the encounter esp with the dog. The pool is perfect. The amenities are complete. We will surely go back there again if there's a chance in the future.

Great location outside of the busy area of Hua Hin, The quaint beach town in this location has good local restaurants and great markets, Check in and Check out was very smooth and the local host, She was very informative and helpful, great place to stay to experience the real cultural experience of Thailand. The house is a perfect option for a family, the AC works really good if needed, the community pool was nice and enjoyed the work out room and playing pool and Ping Pong in the game room.

Just like the pictures. Excellent accommodations for a peaceful, beautiful stay in Hua Hin. Plenty of covered outdoor seating for large groups for both day and night. Living room and kitchen are inviting as well and the sliding doors make them as “outdoor “ as you want them to be. Everything was generally as it should be at an Airbnb in this price range, including pump soap at sinks and plastic bags in the toilet bins. Towels linens pillows etc were all nice and as they should be. The house attendant is sweet and helpful. Location of home is within a 20 minute drive to pretty much anything you could want including the airport. Both Thai and US members of the family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Privacy is great with the pond and open lot and the birdwatching was a nice plus. ONLY potential negative is some nearby amplified chanting that occurs a few minutes including early morning and sometimes late evening. Generally speaking we just saw it as a minor annoyance.

Great airbnb. Location is great close to beach. Very quiet and well maintained

It was the best accommodation for a family trip. The expansive pool and beautiful landscaping was really great, and it was a 5-8 minute walk to the beach. If you use a rental car, this is the place you should definitely choose when visiting Hua Hin/Cha-am. Both the photos and description matched 100%. If I visit Hua Hin again, I will try to book without much thought.

We were very satisfied with the house, pool was very nice for us as there were big waves by the sea. Gladys was always easy to reach and responds immediately to every issue. This is very pleasant stay for the people who need a bite of peace and quiet.

The host was the most responsive and helpful host we have met . The host also sent their staff to help us . The staff Pong was very helpful and explain the surroundings and eating places to us and brought us laundry detergent . They also offered to book taxi for us if we can’t get Grab . Unfortunately we did not have a car and not quite easy for 5 adults to go out of the place . We had to order 2 Grabs each time . Grab Food was easy to order though . This Villa is near Market Village and cicada market by car . Unfortunately it is not walking distance to a beach to shoot sunrise . The host also arranged a taxi van to take us to Bangkok. Super fast response from Host for every message and request I sent , within 10 mins , very good service . Thank you very much !
