Vacation rentals in Howard

This place was great, a few friends and I stayed here to head up to Monarch, and come back and recover afterwards. Great place to stay, super close to Monarch, stores, gas stations, but private enough to where it almost feels like it's a private cabin in the middle of nowhere! I plan on staying here again, if Mason allows me too!

A beautiful stay just outside the town of Salida. Ben and his employees were extremely resourceful and shared any information to make our stay easy! The room and bed were extremely cozy and had everything we needed for a comfy evening. The view from our bed that overlooked the mountains in the morning was amazing. Would recommend for anyone travelling through the area!

The house is very nice, very spacious, very clean, and easy to stay at. Very spacious, great kitchen, good sitting area, and generally well stocked with kitchen equipment. I would definitely stay again and they went out of their way to assist with getting our left kindle mailed to our house. 3 things are less than ideal but not deal breakers by any means, but are good to know. They don't provide any toiletries, they don't provide any starter coffee, and you have to do paperwork outside of Airbnb. Overall, great house, great location for Buena Vista and for trips to Salida, Leadville, etc..

I generally rent another airbnb in BV, but changed it up for this visit. And I was extremely pleased! Beautiful, spacious & peaceful rental that was a great value to enjoy all things in BV and the surrounding area. I loved the balcony that faced west for quiet mornings, sunny afternoons & stargazing at nite. Very responsive hosts. I look forward to my next stay. I know you will too!

The property was so beautiful and secluded. The wildlife and star gazing was great for the soul. Would recommend and stay here again!

Very cozy home, with lovely town close by. My family and I absolutely loved this stay, very private and quiet. Amazing view from the kitchen too! The neighbor was also very friendly and lended us a small fire pit and some wood 😊
