Miguel's house is excellent, as described, it is what we found, although it exceeded my expectations. We will gladly return it is an extraordinary airbnb. Come without fear to Miguel's house and your vacation will be as imagined.

This spot's pretty awesome. One thing not included in the description, but that was of tremendous value was the restaurant right outside the complex. The food was good and it was cheap, we planned on cooking a bunch of our own meals but ended up eating there a bunch. The pool is super nice, and the place is very spacious. Would highly recommend we had a great time!

Had a lovely stay. Tons of great restaurants in the area. Anything from tacos, to Italian, to Korean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Even a blender for my wife's smoothies in the morning. Good sun and shade in the yard if you just want to chill out. Clean and cozy! 😌

A big thank you to Marian and Narda for a wonderful and relaxing stay! The place was exactly how it looks in the pictures - very spacious and there's three pools! We would go again in a heartbeat! They were very responsive to everything we needed and connected us with a local booking agent - we did a Catamaran day and Chichén-Itzá with cenote - recommend!! :). The beach is a 4 min walk away and the sand and waves were dreamy! There are large iguanas that hang out by the nearest pool to the Airbnb but after some courage (lol) we all got along. Locally there's Uber which makes it easy to get around - we did utilize the transportation on the way to the Airbnb - got in late and that was easiest. Thanks again for everything Marian and Narda! My second week staying here, Jorge & his mom are the BEST hosts!!! Never any issue with communication (very fast!), always willing to answer questions. This place is GORGEOUS!!! If you are not familiar with this type of area, it will look like your renting a concrete box - do NOT let the exterior fool you! Behind those walls are beautiful landscapes, very quiet, very private and super safe! It's very safe to walk, very peaceful, you have conveniences nearby (Sam's club, Walmart, grocery, convenience market, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.). The place is as pictured, so much space inside and outside! We did not want to leave this beautiful paradise! Our taxi driver commented when pulling up, this is a very expensive and very nice neighborhood! Don't wait, book this place , you'll be glad you did!

Loved our stay! From the in home chef service that's an option, to the hard working and friendly housekeeper, to the responsive communication and excellent recommendations for boats and restaurants, we had a seamlessly wonderful time.

It is a spacious place, clean and in excellent condition, there was an inconvenience with the washing machine and the microwave, but the response from the hosts was quick and effective. Super recommended!

This place was across La Isla shopping. The beach was beautiful the air bnb was clean. Every time I needed something she was fast at getting back to me. Wish there was a laundry mat near by to wash. I would definitely rent this place out again!

Casi's place was exactly as described. The location was perfect for our two day stay. (2 females travelling together). Across the parking lot from our ground floor unit was the pool and the beach. Right outside the private complex was a bus stop that brought us down to shopping and restaurants for $1usd. Nicky provided us with a seamless check in and check out. She felt like a protective mom who gave us helpful tips and recommendations from places to go, restaurants to eat at, and how to be safe. I highly recommend this for your next Cancun stay. This far succeeded my expectations after a previous stay with airbnb in Tulum last year in 2024.

This was our second time staying in this sweet little condo, and it was another excellent experience. From Delia’s support and recommendations to the staff at the complex, to all the things to do on the Isla, our vacation was so memorable. Will be back! Isla Mujeres offers so much for families, and Delia helped us reserve a golf cart for the week so we could travel to either tip of the island. We like the south side because it is quieter and more serene, close to good eats and snorkeling, and relaxing with the infinity pool and chairs at the condo. The Joint is a must go, food is yummy and mojitos are a staple. We also enjoyed the ambience and food at the pizza place down the road a bit. Great music and a little art gallery right next door. This year we watched the sunrise at Punta Sur and highly recommend. We also did the Garrafón Water Park. It was a fun day of zip lining, swimming, and play. And of course, don’t miss the plat days at Playa Norte! Thank you Delia and staff!

I mostly talked to Pato and Mely. Great location. Pool and beach are right outside. And right by other Cancun hotel zone attractions. Quite and comfortable bed

We really liked the apartment, very central, the view to the beach is incredible, close to restaurants, shops and bars.

My family was very comfortable in the place, super clean, quiet and safe.

We had a wonderful stay at Irina's place. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed (coffee machine, blender, laundry, even a filtered water tap which was a bonus!). Plenty of towels and bedding. But what we loved the most was the view! The balcony is perfect! The location is great, very close to the mall across the street with a grocery store and shopping. Very close to the building is also a beautiful walking path that makes a loop along the lagoon. Very nice for some morning exercise. The pool was also fantastic, we never had trouble getting lounge chairs. It was very clean and well maintained. Irina was an excellent host. She accommodated early check-in and late check-out and was also very quick to respond to inquiries. I would highly recommend staying in this unit.
