Vacation rentals with a patio in Hot Springs

My husband and I chose this place for our one year anniversary and it was absolutely beautiful! We were on a budget so the price was good for us and it was well worth it! Best place you could get for the price! There was amazing scenery and it was quiet and peaceful. Would definitely recommend for any couple wanting a cute cozy get away!

Really fantastic place! Had a great and peaceful time and loved seeing the beautiful view of the lake! Got to watch lots of birds on the lake including bald eagles and pelicans. Excellent place, would absolutely come back! It looks as nice as the photos :)

Overall a great place. The microwave didn’t work but Christopher was so helpful and brought one to us right away. Furniture was great and beds were comfortable. The downstairs bath tub needs updating but the water pressure was awesome and hot! Plenty of room. Kitchen was well stocked but needs new pots and pans. We stayed with our 3 kids and our dogs. The views were not the greatest because it’s surrounded by houses but we still liked the house. We would drive to hot springs to do activities which took about 30 minutes. We enjoyed our stay. We love this condo on the lake!! The views are perfect with a large sliding door and window. The place was stocked perfectly. The linens and towels are amazing! Highly recommend!!

Mimi’s place was great! Had all the amenities as listed, very clean, and comfortable. Mimi went above and beyond and got birthday goodies for my partners birthday too! Had a wonderful time and have now stayed through Mimi two times and would continue to do so on future visits!

It was thoughtfully stocked with everything and more we could need in the kitchen. The special amenities in the bathroom were a nice touch. At the last minute we ended up bringing our little dog and the dog bed and bowls were another thoughtful and much appreciated touch. The location is perfect for walking to the convention center and restaurants. The only negative is the tenants above the unit were the definition of night owls and we heard every step they took all night long despite our loud sound machine.

This was probably the nicest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! Close to home this made an amazing weekend get away with my grown adult children!! Already planning our next family trip and definitely want to come back here!!

Self explanatory!!! Wonderful place.. my wife n I had an awesome time at Sheri’s place for our anniversary. Jacuzzi tub really put iceing on da cake. All da bed is to die. Overall A+

Mark is such a great host. This is the 2nd property of this host I have stayed in. The house was private, peaceful, clean, comfortable, and convenient. Check in was easy, and Mark responds quickly to any questions. I highly recommend the Tree House-Cottage in the Woods in Hot Springs Village hosted by Mark.

My family (2 children, 2 adults) enjoyed our time at this location. The description met our expectations. We enjoyed fishing, kayaking, playing games and watching movies. We took time to go into Hot Springs and check out some of the recommendations on places to go. This was just what our family needed. A nice, quiet, relaxing place to stay on vacation. My kids have already asked to go back in the summer.

It was nice and clean. I feel it was over priced for size and amenities.

Karen and David’s Bloom House was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was immaculately clean, beautifully comfortable, and thoughtfully designed to make guests feel welcome. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals together. Karen’s outstanding communication made everything effortless—she provided excellent recommendations and was always quick to respond. The homemade cookies were such a lovely touch—thank you! If you’re looking for a peaceful, well-appointed stay with gracious hosts, Bloom House is the perfect choice. We would absolutely stay again!

What a great experience! No more hotels for me when I travel to Hot Springs. Ashton is a 15 out of 10 in her responsiveness, communication and pleasant demeanor. The place was so wonderfully quiet and peaceful, very well stocked and as comfortable as my own home. One block walk to lakeside, benches, picnic tables, etc. In a peaceful setting. I got pictures of a Red-Headed Woodpecker, a Red-Bellied Woodpecker and a Downy Woodpecker right in her back yard! You just can’t beat that!

Definitely we will be back! Doyet was 24/7 available to help us (he lives next door) and we had a very easy stay, heater might get a little bit saturated because the continuous running on a very cold day but fireplace helped a lot!

WE love Hot Springs! This is our 4 or 5th visit and this one in particular was great!!!! WE decided to do a trip and make memories instead of buying gifts for Christmas, I got to spend the whole week with this amazing view and the amenities with my 2 adult sons, Daughter in Law, Boyfriend and my 6 month old grandson!!!! It was unforgettable. Definitely recommend this property, it is a 10/10. You are about 10 minutes or so from downtown and less than that to groceries, gas stations, liquor stores. I suggest bringing what you need and only leave a few times, it was well worth every penny. We ventured out some but also took advantage of the space and totally relaxed! Thanks again to the hosts for having us!!

We enjoyed our stay. The view from the deck is beautiful and relaxing. The location is great. It is easy to get around to local attractions.

The first time in Airbnb, love it. I will plan to visit again and I will contact Britney for my next visit. Hot spring has so much rich history that is impossible to do in a few days. The restaurants that we visit, the food was great. IHOP was one place that I always enjoyed, when traveling hot spring has the number 1 I say again. I love the city of Hot spring. So much to see and not enough time. Going Back God continue to Bless your city

It was the perfect size for two people. The condo was the perfect height from the ground. The bedroom was tight but we managed. The view was amazing from the living room. This property will be on our list to come back and recommend.

I am actually a local resident of Hot Springs and I had someone traveling for Valentines day week from California. This was such a wonderful staycation for me and a beautiful vacation for him. Being next to the water is kind of my jam! But this location was absolutely gorgeous. It was also very clean and felt like home. Our host was extremely responsive during any questions about our stay and I really appreciate that ! I would recommend her place to anyone wanting to visit the Hot Springs area and if I ever did a staycation again, I would definitely choose this location again.

Jess was great. I had a hiking accident and landed in the hospital. They were very understanding by letting my husband add a day to the stay.

Kathleen was one of the best hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure to deal with the home is fabulous I left my robe and she offered to send it to me super nice lady… i will definitely book again if she will have me 😆
