Very nice place to stay for a week. Location was great!

We really enjoyed our stay here! At first, the flat felt a bit “basementy” since it’s on the ground floor, but we quickly got used to it and felt very comfortable. The place is super clean and has everything you need, including shower gels. Getting to the city center is super easy - just hop on bus 65 or 31. Metro is close as well. There are some restaurants and bars nearby, but I’d recommend taking the bus to the center for more options. Thanks Andrea. Would defintely visit again!

We spent a single night 4 people. The house is just as advertised, everything is perfect. 👌 It is very much appreciated that I have coffee pot and coffee capsules. They were able to make it easier for us to get in a few hours earlier, which was great for our plans. I recommend this place!

Exceptional experience, starting with attention and concern with arrival and check in. We had an early arrival and we felt the effort to meet us. We were very welcome at all times: arrival, communication, during the stay, in the change of bed linen and at the check out. We had a demand to change a lamp and get a curtain that fell down and we were promptly answered. The apartment is sensational, cozy, tasteful, great rooms. Bathrooms serve well and the kitchen as well. Everything worked perfectly. The balcony is a high point of the apartment. The neighborhood also helps with its quiet of being residential, but with plenty of choice of restaurants, cafes and shops. We love and will be back!

Luz's place, while small, is perfect for a tourist stay. The location is its main attribute, it's excellent. The heating is at an ideal point. Communication is also something I appreciate that from the time of booking it was easy and practical. Luz and Altair were very attentive, it took a little longer than the warned time to arrive due to a setback and still they were waiting for me with a good attitude. My only criticism would perhaps be regarding the cleanliness of kitchen utensils, at least the things we used just to see them didn't look very well washed.

A superb loft with a magnificent view! We only stayed for a weekend, but felt so at home here that we didn't want to go back. Alicia is a great listener and gives good advice on restaurants and other things to do in Madrid. I'll definitely be back!

Everything worked fine Place was as described. Ideal for us, especially since close to the visited event. Everything is also easily accessible on foot, if of course you are not lazy on foot:-)

Clean, spacious place with great quality items all over the unit. The insulation is so good that we did not have to turn on heat in cold winter nights. This unit is in walkable distance to restaurants, markets, bars, stores, nightlife etc etc etc. great hosts, and there is Madrid. We enjoyed so much the stay that we were sad to leave.

We have stayed at Luis place for 4 nights. Really good neighbourhood, very close to the center. Metro is quite close to the apartment as well as bus station, you need approximately 12 mins to get to La latina and to Sol around 15 mins. You can walk as well quite close. Apartment is very nice and Luis and Carmen are very friendly and nice people. Luis let us even to check in quite earlier without extra charge. I highly recommend his place.

Really a wonderful experience at the aparátame ro de Leonor. We had a great few days.

Our family absolutely loved this apartment in Madrid. The location was a 20 minute (or less) walk to anything we wanted to see or do. Comfortable bedrooms, beautifully decorated rooms, and a quiet space was the perfect way to end each day of sightseeing.

Fernando and Maria put great care into this place. So many nice details and exactly what I expected in regard to the studio space. They were great and proactive in communicating with me and made me feel comfortable with my choice to stay with them. Definitely will return the next time I’m in Madrid.

The apartment of Azu and Dani is in a quiet area, nice and as shown in the photos. Very clean and had everything you need to spend a few spectacular days in Madrid. Great Host !

We really enjoyed staying at Judith's apartment in La Moraleja, it was a very pleasant stay in a great location.

We stayed at Jose's apartment for a weekend in Madrid and it was great. It looks just like the photos, is in a great location, and is walkable to many other neighborhoods and sites. Compared to other areas on the city, the street was very quiet and less crowded but still centrally located. Jose was also extremely responsive with our questions and was flexible with our check-in time since we arrived early. Would recommend staying here to anyone going to Madrid!

Performing stay. Good location, impeccable apartment with everything we need to make ourselves at home. Toni received us and was very friendly, instructed us and responded very briefly. Everything was great.

What a great space! We loved our two nights in Madrid at the property. A six minute walk to the Prado Museum, twenty minute stroll to the famous tapas street, killer coffee and pastry shop right across the street, and several grocery stores just minutes from the flat. Clean, spacious and really well designed, we'd be happy to rent the property again when we visit Madrid.
