Lovely stay! Would happily come back again. Great bedding and mattresses and Natasha was a great host. Met us at the door with a friendly introduction to the house and answered all our questions about local walks and restaurants

Spacious accommodation with nice views. We were given clear instructions and met on arrival. The fireplace Waa an added bonus. Not far from the Spa Valley railway and other attractions. Recommend for a weekend away or even a longer stay.

My wife and I had a great and peaceful stay over New Year's Eve. We explored the area and can highly recommend the accommodation. It is a bit chilly in winter, but there was a portable electric heating. In addition, the road to the accommodation is very adventurous, at least in the last few hundred meters you have to hope that no one comes towards you. The beds are a bit soft, but many people like that. Otherwise everything was perfect and Gill is a wonderful, very friendly host! Thank you very much and see you next time!

We loved our stay in the Annex. It was very cozy and the grounds were beautiful with lots to do. We brought our dog with us and he loved the fenced paddock and field across the road. Our daughter loved the kids play area and we also had great fun on the massive trampoline! Runner ducks and peacocks in the garden! Winchester was a 20 min drive. All-in-all a brilliant few days!

Beanie and her parents were extremely helpful, hospitable and friendly. We received just a wonderful warm welcome upon arrival, the log burner was on, the underfloor heating in the bathroom was on and lots of goodies for us to enjoy. Beanie provided clear instructions getting to and from the cottage and communicated well throughout our stay. We loved it so much that we ended up staying a further night to enjoy the peace and quiet. It was a little cold during our stay but, managed to get the central heating on with Beanie’s dad’s kind help. We would love to return to the cottage again soon. Thank you for a delightful few days out in the countryside.

We loved staying at the Turkey House this autumn. Straight out of the house you can walk through the beautiful woods up the Ashford Hangers and to the Poet’s stone. It is cosy with the Aga - never used one before but so easy and efficient to use. There is an electric stove but that wasn’t needed. The house has a ‘lived in’ feel. The well-stocked spice cupboard was very useful.

My family and I loved our stay here !! It was so cosy, the heating was always on so we were so toasty despite the cold weather. Beautiful Christmas lights as well for a festive touch. Both hosts were very welcoming and flexible and even gave us a bowl full of fresh eggs! Steve even met my dad in the pub to give him some recommendations ! Loved our stay.

Really cosy and clean accommodation set in beautiful surroundings and just a few mins drive from West Wittering beach. We are a family of 5 with 3 young kids and the place was perfect with an excellently equipped kitchen, games for the kids and comfy beds and modern bathrooms. Alix, the owner popped in briefly to welcome us on arrival and we enjoyed exploring the local area - the beaches at West and East Wittering, the ferry from Itchenor to Bosham village and Chichester which is half an hour away. Hope to be back one day. Many thanks!

We wanted a quiet place for a few days for a sisters getaway and this little beauty fit the bill perfectly. Tori was so approachable,funny and friendly. The cabin was spotless and the bedding and towels smelt amazing! All in all we would highly recommend this gorgeous little retreat. Thanks Tori.

A charming bijou rustic house. Well equipped with modern interior and wood burner style fire. Philip’s instructions for finding the place are accurate however, my car sat nav only got me nearish. Google maps worked.

We had a lovely stay at Maytree cottage. It was spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. It’s well equipped with everything you need. The cottage has been tastefully done with extra touches. We enjoyed the walk up to the windmill and a walk over at Bosham Quay. We had a fantastic walk along the South Downs way from Bignor Hill. Jane and Mark were very responsive and friendly.

We stayed at the Olive Pod for a Mini Honeymoon, and it did not disappoint! Having a very active & noisy family, it was lovely to get away just the two of us, to serene & peacefulness! We had a lovely relaxing stay! The fire was cosy and the pod was so warm! We will be back! Xx

We booked a last minute stay here and it was fantastic! We made full use of the bbq and then spent some time in the hot tub! It was very peaceful and stunning little cabin! Clean and exactly as described. Thank you both very much. I would definitely recommend

We had a fantastic stay in the beautiful Sussex countryside. The accommodation was perfect for our family, our toddler loved the horses and friendly dogs. Nick and Nicole were super hosts and we appreciated extras like a welcome hamper and dressing gowns. Although the weather was cold and wet, the cottage was very warm and cosy: a real home from home! would definitely recommend and love to come back sometime!

Lovely spacious flat, very cosy. Kitchen was well equipped. The views are amazing and miles from busy villages. Nice touch with the breakfast hamper basket with bacon, eggs, homemade fresh loafs and milk. Will return in the future for a walking weekend.

The cottage was very lovely and cosy, we felt at home! It was very tidy and clean. The garden is also lovely and has a nice view on the fields and horse. Ann and Bob are very friendly and interested in their guests, but respected our privacy as well. They also gave usefull information about things to do, where to park etc. We would recommend this cottage! The low ceilings might be a bit of a challenge to taller people, nevertheless they also contribute to it's charm. We had a lovely week!

We had a perfect stay - our second trip to the Piggery. We were visiting the Historic Dockyard at Portsmouth and walking on the South Downs way both of which are easily accessible from the Piggery. There are two pubs in walking distance with excellent food. The property is really lovely with everything you could possibly want provided and a great garden running down to the river Meon. Even the weather was fabulous!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely property that has been lovingly restored. There was a great sense of peace and space about the barn and it was well prepared for our stay. Susan was especially thoughtful providing bread, milk, butter juices and cereals for our stay. Though the description and photos were accurate there seemed to be even more space in the barn than described and shown. During our stay we visited Hever Castle, Knowle, Chiddingstone Village and castle and Chartwell so lots to do!

We had a fantastic stay in Henfield at the cottage. It is in a stunning location with beautiful walks. The house itself is quaint, beautifully looked after, and spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable and the cottage had everything you needed for a relaxing weekend away. The host Ricky was extremely helpful and accommodating. He was very easy to communicate with. The place was easy to find thanks to helpful instructions. I would definitely recommend this lovely little gem to anybody looking for a lovely little get away.

We had a great stay - the cart lodge was really well set up for a relaxing break, cosy, peaceful and with easy access to stunning surroundings.

A quiet place with lots of greenery. Perfect place to be away from crowds.
