We had a lovely three days at this Auguades property in Gruissan. The apartment is as described and in a good location, ideal for enjoying the seaside and surroundings. The neighborhood is quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay. The accommodation was clean when we arrived, well equipped and functional. Communication with the host has been smooth and responsive, which is always a plus. Overall, a good value for a Gruissan getaway. We recommend it!

Pretty village house in a typical Black Mountain environment. Pure and peaceful environment, with many hikes. The interior is modern, very well insulated in the winter. Excellent welcome from the hosts.

Jo's place is very nice, well located and comfortable. We spent a week there with family (5 people) without any difficulty. The places are clean and well equipped, the nearby environment is very quiet. The instructions sent in advance allowed us to be efficient in terms of logistics and to discover many nearby sites. I would recommend this place for those who want to spend a holiday in the green!

We were looking for a place in Bages (Aude) and this one is in the heart of the village, so perfect! As with all coastal villages, parking can be complicated, but in March we had more possibilities. Welcoming and caring host, clean and comfortable accommodation. Be careful for those with slightly reduced mobility, the bedroom is in the basement with a rather narrow spiral staircase.

A secure cottage, very well maintained, carefully decorated and with all the necessities. Charming owner neighbors met at the communal pool welcome with the hot weather. The lake right across the street with paddle board, pedal boat etc... Beautiful walks or bike rides. A host responsive to the slightest request. All of this brings together four great weeks in Homps! I will always remember this very special time at Maison Magnifique. The land, the home, the quietude of the natural surroundings...it all filled my soul and brought me such joy and peace. Guillaume was an incredible host, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The only thing I didn't like about my visit was having to leave! Anyone who has the chance to visit this beautiful home and to meet kind Guillaume, is so very fortunate. Merci beaucoup, Guillaume! I hope I can return some day...

An exceptional stay! The gite is so well set up from the glorious setting and peaceful atmosphere to the fast wifi, underfloor heating, modern interior, large comfortable bed and luxurious bedding. It is a little hidden gem, surrounded by beautiful countryside and our hosts were beyond amenable and welcoming. Colin’s incredible art just creates a wonderful atmosphere. Truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we have had in a long time! Wouldn’t hesitate to return to this lovely gite in Aragon.

A very warm, zen and quiet accommodation. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and very nice garden. Ideal base for bike rides along the Canal du Midi or in the Minervois.

Julie’s house is the dream french style vacation home. Warm, spacious and cosy. Very clean with lots of facilities and utilities. Very bright upstairs with great big terrace that could easily seat six people with two tables. Has the sun practically all day and was able to sit out in January which was a pleasant surprise. It has two pristine bathrooms one upstairs and the other downstairs. The kitchen was a dream to work in with absolutely everything you could possibly need. It’s literally a 3/4 min walk to village centre. Would highly recommended and would love to have stayed longer. No communication problems with Julie she was very friendly and happy to answer any questions you might have.
