Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Holmes Beach

We were 3 unrelated friends from different towns. There was a bedroom for each of us! The smallest bedroom near the largest bathroom, and the queen bedroom had 2 closets so it felt fair. No closet in the twin bedroom. A friend came over, and took a nap on the couch, so a person 5'6" or less could probably sleep fairly comfortablely on the couch. We usually double up in hotel rooms, and will probably do so in Tayana's in the future which makes this very affordable for St. Petersburg, FL. We are square dancers and spent most of our waking hours over the weekend dancing at a venue 10 minutes away. We enjoyed talking together into the wee hours of the night. It was nice having a quiet clean place to sleep and shower.

House was very nice. Full of everything you need from detergent to shampoos. Very impressed with all the hospitalities! House is as described. Great place for a family stay. Thank you!

We had a wonderful week in Peter's home. We found it easily from the Sarasota airport and were able to access the house in seconds. It was everything we expected and more! It was spotlessly clean and had ample room for our 2 families - 8 people in total. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom and bathroom was so roomy and gorgeous. Each room had a fan which was great in the warm temperatures. There was plenty of dining space for everyone and the pool table was a bonus for our group. We loved hanging out in the backyard and swam in the pool every day. The house was close to many restaurants and beaches. Peter was an absolute delight to deal with. We would not hesitate to rent one of his properties in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at Jeff's house. It was comfortable for the 8 of us. St Pete Pier and bay front park easily walkable, saving us from renting a car to accomodate our guests. Many restaurants & bars within walking distance. Jeff responded quickly to our report of an AC problem that was very quickly addressed.

We have Air BNB’d & VRBO’d from San Diego to Breckenridge to Anna Maria and Karolina’s place makes our outstanding list. This place was really top shelf. Five stars just doesn’t do it justice. Pool heated to 90 degrees in February at no extra charge, property super clean with plenty of amenities for adults and kids, kitchen had everything we needed and we were supplied with enough paper goods and toiletries to last more than a week. Our expectations were exceeded and we’ll be back. Thanks Karolina!

Good neighborhood house in a walkable area. I’d stay here again.

Our home was flooded during hurricane Helene and we were scrambling for a safe place to stay with our family. I found this listing online and experienced a seamless booking and check in experience which was imperative during the chaos. The home is perfect. Clean, peaceful, safe. It has all we need. The beds are SO comfortable!! The owner Lynda has been kind and helpful and caring during this very difficult time. We are so grateful.

I spent 20 days in Tomas' space. Everything was very organized and clean. The sheets, towels and mattresses were of good quality. Tomas responded quickly to any message sent and was very helpful at all times. I recommend Tomas' place and I will be there on my next trip to Tampa.

Better and less expensive then most hotels. Very comfortable, nice bathrooms, and friendly interior.

Our favorite Airbnb we have ever stayed at. They are now our landlords because we are now renting an apartment they have on the property. Very friendly, communicative, and helpful!

Great location, walkable to town and beach. Host/management was very responsive when we hade a question. The apartment was as described and very clean.

We LOVED staying at Meryem’s place! It was just adorable, the location was perfect, and she was very friendly. We had a small concern with AC, and she immediately came out to see how she could help and was sweet enough to even give us some recommendations for things to do while we were there! Would definitely stay with Meryem again.

This was probably the BEST Airbnb experience we've had. The cottage was just as described, if not better. It was roomy, very well stocked with all you needed and then some. The location was about a mile walk to downtown Dunedin which was a plus. From the time you drive up, you are transported to a special hidden enclave . This was our 1st stay here, but definitely won't be our last. Dunedin is one of our favorite places to visit-we got married on Honeymoon Island! This was actually an anniversary trip for us & couldn't have been happier with our Mermaid Cottage. Thank you for all the thoughtful details you put into the place. Coda can't wait to come back & play with Grover too!

This is an amazing house and looks exactly like the photos. Plenty of space for big groups and many amenities both fun and practical. The host was very responsive and professional. Rental price was very reasonable and great value for the money. Location is great super close to anything you would need but still gives the feel of some privacy. Will 100% be keeping this at the top of my list for rental homes in Tampa!

Check in was easy, plenty of parking and nice quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and exactly as pictured. We enjoyed the pool tremendously. The kids never got out. Heated and perfect. The game room table was also a hit. The best thing of all was that check out was an actual breeze. Close doors and windows, that was it. No stripping sheets and washing everything. It made leaving at 10 so easy!

We love Mermaid Villa---the furnishings are actually more updated than the photos in the listing and everything was so clean and comfortable! The location is fantastic---the path to the beach is literally across the street and just a 2 minute walk to Siesta Key Village. We'll definitely stay here again when we return to Siesta Key!

The house was so beautiful. Martin was responsive and helpful. I feel he went above and beyond what was expected. I will definitely be back! Pool and hot tub were amazing.
