Newly renovated house with proximity to beach

We hire out our newly renovated spacious summer house in Smygehamn with proximity to beach, shop and restaurants. There is plenty of space and space for both big & small. As far south as you can get in Sweden! Facilitations - Sauna, hot tub, boule court The house is located about 100m from the beach and about 500m to the bathing jetty. Smygehamn is Sweden's southernmost location & there is a shop, restaurant & ice cream kiosks. Proximity to more gems and beaches along the coast. Note: Pets are allowed based on consultation with us.

Renovated basement level in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There are heating floors, fireplace, TV, wifi, shower, sauna, bathtub, coffee maker, micro and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: There is no kitchen. In the bedroom there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed. You are welcome to be in the garden that has a patio in the corner. Since there are stairs down, it is not wheelchair accessible. It is free parking on the street but date parking.

Höllviken with amazing white sandy beaches at the southern end of Sweden. Close to everything in this centrally located accommodation. Modern semi-detached house decorated in boutique style, designed garden, temperate saltwater pool with nearby sauna for nice relaxation and swimming under the pool roof both in the evening or during rainfall. Enjoy nice relaxation in beautiful surroundings with pines and sea breezes, barbecue or enjoy good food in nearby restaurants and nice evening walks along the beach.

A complete guesthouse just for you. Here you will find your very own sauna, a big bathroom with shower, a living room with kitchen complete with stove and fridge/freezer and a loft with a king size double bed. The couch folds out to a second queen size bed. The guest house is close to our main house but has its very own patio for some privacy. Parking is easy accessible and is is of course included. LOVELY SUMMERHOUSES 2 min to the white sandy Beach

Zwei liebevoll eingerichtete Häuser auf einem 2500 qm großem Naturgrundstück mit typischen Birken und Kiefern in bester und ruhiger Lage in einer sehr schönen Villengegend mit teils alten Sommerhäusern. Das große sichtgeschützte Grundstück befindet sich an einem Privatweg der zum Strand führt und dort endet und nur von den Anliegern genutzt wird und daher kaum befahren wird. Zum feinen weißen 2 km langen Sandstrand sind es nur 700 m bis zur Ortsmitte ca. 1,5 km.
