This is perfect for anyone who just wants to be out the way with no one around it was definitely what we needed! The kids loved going out and seeing the horses and the place was just beautiful inside and out. Would love to have a reason to come back again. My partner had a stroke in July so struggles in places too busy so he was in his element here 🥰

My entire family absolutely loved this place! The house is spacious & modern. The kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked, and there was plenty of closet space in each bedroom, making it perfect for a comfortable stay. The living area was a highlight, with incredibly cozy couches and a huge TV that made relaxing even better. Having a bathroom on each floor was a fantastic convenience- especially for my mom & toddler. Dani was a wonderful host—warm, courteous, and incredibly thoughtful. She even stocked the fridge with milk and bread, which was such a kind and hospitable gesture. Overall, I highly recommend this place! The photos don’t do it justice—it’s even better in person! If ever I am in Leeds again, I will be staying here.

The corner cottage was the most idyllic, quintessential English cottage. You could feel the history of the building, with the exposed wooden beams and the large fireplace with the stove. Although, we found that we didn't have to use the stove at all in the end, as the temperature of the cottage was perfect. It's an ideal location, with the lovely, large Jacob Smith Park a short walk away, and a short approx 5 minute drive to the car parks in central Knaresborough, by the River Nidd. There's lots of lovely cafes and cute independent shops in Knaresbrough to visit and peruse. Georgina was an excellent host. Very approachable, friendly and responsive. I would recommend this AirBNB to anyone.

Stayed for my mums 50th birthday, the views are amazing & the house is stunning! Beds are really comfy the place had everything we needed for our short trip away, would love to stay again!

Such a romantic and peaceful getaway. It was a little date weekend for me and it was our first time away together. We had such a lovely time, it was cosy and private which is exactly what we wanted. We were surrounded by beautiful views and had the company of 3 cute little goats and 3 gorgeous highland cows. The local town was a short drive away so could go for walks, get food and grab any little bits we needed. Everything was more or less provided. Even got hot water bottles, socks and hand warmers which was a lovely touch. The hot tub was different to anything I’ve seen before but it worked really well. Loved the outdoor kitchen area, we made use of the BBQ. It’s perfect for 2 people. Would definitely come back

We had a lovely weekend staying at Serendipity to visit the Christmas markets in York. The place has everything we needed and more and Rachael had kindly left the heating on for us so we were super cosy when we arrived in the evening too. Very comfortable bed with great pillows and a great power shower - the all important things! Also a lovely extra touch with some treats for us and the dogs, plus milk, tea and coffee. Fantastic stay at the beautiful Dovecote Cottage. Stunning, peaceful location with amazing views (especially from the Hot Tub). Great location to explore into York, Malton or the Yorkshire Moors & Whitby or just enjoy the peaceful countryside Cozy cottage with beautiful bedrooms and lovely log burner for the evening. Great host, will be back to stay again.

If you’re staying in Pocklington then this house is fantastic. Huge! Clean! Warm and cosy. All the mod cons. Really really exceeded our expectations. It’s just a couple of minutes walk from Market Place. Only comment is that maybe there should be fans in all the bathrooms…otherwise, it’s like Dr. Who’s Tardis…way bigger than you think. Loved it.
