Place well located, description exactly as in the photos. Space organized with many amenities in the building. The apartment was clean and organized, had basic items and everything was well sanitized. Very kind Host and provide the necessary information for a good stay and check in. I highly recommend and certainly would again ☺️🙏

Mr. José Renato was an exceptional host from booking to every stay, answering questions and giving clear guidance. We very much liked the property, very large, spacious, and well located. The video you sent us from the parking entrance and the vacancy also made it easier. The building is in the central region very close to the church, the surroundings being an old center are not so beautiful, but we feel good and being very well located was easy access to everything we needed. The caretaker Diego gave us great tips for bringing the pet (dog), in the city of Americana there are many squares and pet spaces, it was very successful and the joy of our little companion! Tidy rooms, clean and functioning bathroom. The very large windows and the very good ventilation of the ninth floor provided us with a very quiet stay. Thank you very much, I recommend and if I return to Americana I will definitely look for this hosting here.

Wow, it was amazing! Great location and very thoughtful hostess, left bonbons , water and shampoo and soap kit in the bathrooms! The apartment is impeccable and very clean. When I come back, I definitely want to stay there again!

By the way, the house is impeccable, pleasant, clean and equipped with all the new and useful utensils and appliances, it even has Taiff dryer 😍 We spend amazing and quiet days kkk a true refuge. The house is beautiful and cozy, exactly as described. The place is great for pets, all fenced and safe. Eliete is very kind and proactive, with quick responses and always willing to solve everything as soon as possible! If it's up to us, we'll be back!

My family spent 1 month in the house. Spacious ,cozy house with large rooms, fully equipped kitchen, excellent laundry, a large and pleasant office. Quiet neighborhood,near the Iguatemi mall, gas station,market. Andrea and Daniel were excellent hosts, always willing to help with all the questions we had. We recommend 100% this house we hope one day we can return:)

we were in Ana's house for 4 days, the house met a lot of our expectations, super clean place, extremely clean bed and bath linens, the house and super functional, it has to... the condominium and super quiet, clean without noise...can go from closed! obg Ana for the stay ! we will return many x without a doubt! we love ! congratulations on the whim you have in your house !
