In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, a 1-room apartment is available, which contains a double bed for two, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged favourites are also very welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, there is plenty of space on the juicy pastures in the summer. There is also a riding area. In the apartment is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and microwave. Nearby: Bakery in town Supermarkets - neighboring villages Großheide and Hage (about 3-4 km) Swimming pool - in Berum (about 3km) Riding club/stable - in the village North Sea (beach) - Neßmersiel (8 km) Ferry to Baltrum - Neßmersiel (also) Lütetsburg Castle - Hage (7 km) North City - 14 km Norderney and Juist - from Norddeich (approx.16 km) Access to public transport is not very convenient, which is why it is recommended to travel by car. Surrounded by pastures with grazing cows, our 2018 renovated holiday home is located in the middle of the countryside, which used to be a small farm. The North Sea dike of the southern Jade bus is a 2km away. The idyllically located house is also ideal for a multi-generational vacation, for 2 friendly families or even for a holiday with friends. The large garden with adjoining sunbathing lawn and play equipment is fenced in and therefore suitable for small children and four-legged friends.

120 modern, magnificent sqm on the North Sea

Aloa ihr Urlaubsreifen, bitte lest die Beschreibung ganz genau durch. Die meisten Fragen beantworten sich von ganz allein. Ebenfalls allerhand Missverständnisse. Wenn ich noch einmal lesen muss, dass die Unterkunft sehr außerhalb liegt oder es „nur eine Wohnung“ und kein ganzes Haus sei, dann muss ich weinen. Die Wohnung ist 120qm groß und bietet Platz für 8 Erwachsene und ein Baby. Pro Tag zahlt man zu viert (plus Baby) 99 Euro. Jede weitere Person kostet 15 Euro. Ein Urlaubsschnapper!

Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung und der Nachbarschaft. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich neben der Eingangstür. Neben der Wohnung ist ein schöner Bootssteg.
