A VERY COMFORTABLE and cozy apartment. We were 5 adults and one year old baby and we were very comfortable, comfortable beds, it has two bathrooms which is positive when there are several people. I had a cunita and a chair to eat for the baby that for people traveling with children is excellent. The kitchen IS VERY WELL EQUIPPED, as was the apartment that had everything needed. We would definitely stay here again because I also had restaurants and supermarkets nearby and very good access to public transport. RECOMMENDED

I had a fantastic time at Nat’s place. It’s in one of the most beautiful areas of Xberg, with the Maybachufer just at a few mins by walking, lots of cafés around, and the M29 but stop right in front of the building (with M29 you can go literally everywhere). The apt is even bigger and nicer compared to how it seems in the pics, and Nat is a super host! You have clear info and instruction, and the communications are quick and easy. There’s a lots of care & attention, thanks a lot again Natalie for hosting me in your apt!

The apartment is beautiful. Full of comfort and everything you need to spend both a short and long time in Berlin. Conveniently located, full of restaurants, clubs, cineclub, a stone's throw from Ostkreuz station, Boxhagenerplatz market. Ideal for couples and families. Great choice of various lighting lights. Particularly appreciated is the wide choice of children's games, books, the taste of traditional decor, and ample spaces. Great parking in the courtyard and the indoor Spielplatz. More we couldn't ask for. It was our second time staying in this apartment and we are always happy to come back.

Chiara's apartment was stylish, new and spotlessly clean. It was also much bigger than the photos suggested - we stayed with our two kids and there was more than enough space for us all. It is very conveniently located with a tram stop and U-bahn station close. The neighbourhood is lively with lots to do, but quiet in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. Instructions and communication were very good. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay in Chiara's apartment again.

Great cottage that we can 100% recommend! Communication with Roman beforehand was impeccable and proactive. On site, Roman's mother was a great host! The house itself is even more beautiful than in the photos and has everything you need without being full. On top, the directly adjacent forest is great for taking long walks and our dog particularly liked the existing large garden. We will definitely be happy to come back and thank you very much for the pleasant and quiet time!

If you are planning an interesting city vacation in Potsdam and still want a quiet accommodation, where relaxation is also not neglected, this is the place to be. On the one hand, you can use the diverse cultural offerings of the city of Potsdam, but also relax during dreamy hikes through the nearby parks of the Babelsberg Castle Park and Volkspark Glienicke. The property itself also invites you to relax. All in all, a very successful getaway / weekend getaway.

Had a wonderful 2 week stay at Julia's. The location is in a very safe and peaceful neighbourhood along with convenient public transport within walking distance. Julia has also been very helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend.

We had the pleasure of spending 5 days in an impressive villa. The location was quiet, ideal for a relaxing break. The villa itself was spacious, modernly furnished and immaculately clean. Particularly noteworthy are the spacious pool area and the beautiful terrace, which invite you to spend relaxing hours.

The communication with Annett was quick and very pleasant. The cottage and the surrounding area are located away from Berlin and are equipped with all necessary utensils. In addition, the house is very cozy. Thank you and best regards, Murat

Beautiful cottage, we were 4 people and we had a lot of space. Kitchen was fully furnished, living room cozy, spacious bathroom and second toilet, and also the bedrooms were spacious. In the summer you will also be able to sit outside under the veranda or in the garden, now at Christmas that was a bit fresh. There were cozy Christmas decorations everywhere. The beds were already made and there were plenty of towels available, even tea towels and dish soap. WiFi works well, and there were several TVs, but we didn't wear them. In addition, Heike is also a very friendly host, so as far as we are concerned, recommended and subject to repetition. Thanks again Heike!

Carola's place was a great place to stay. It was extremely walkable to the train and grocery stores, and the neighborhood itself was a nice place to walk around and had a fun playground for kids. The place looks exactly like the pictures. I was a little concerned at first that the kitchen is relatively small and there's no living room -- this might be a bit of a problem if you plan to spend most of your time at the house, but if you're out and about all day, then it's not a problem. There's also a nice outdoor space you could make use of if the weather is nice. Carola herself is great, she was extremely helpful in finding any items we needed to make our stay more comfortable, even tracking down a high chair when we needed one.

The apartment is a dream and looks exactly the same as in the photos. It is very cozy and well furnished and equipped. The location is very central and the center of Berlin is within walking distance. Particularly noteworthy is the bed in which you sleep like on clouds, and the absolute quiet location of the apartment. Underground parking completes the package perfectly. Simon is extremely nice and accommodating as a host and was always available for questions. We are happy that we were allowed to be his guests and would come back at any time.

The apartment is a real gem in Berlin. The living-dining room is magnificent and very spacious. Great views of the water. The nearest tram stop is not far away and you can quickly get to downtown by S-Bahn. I will definitely be staying there again.

Markus and Kristina's apartment is just beautiful! We met for a family reunion this weekend- 4 generations No matter what generation - whether over 80 years old or 16 years old - everyone was thrilled from the first moment! Our very little ones were taken care of as well as the big ones in terms of toys and reading material - we perceived an open heart for children everywhere We would love to come back anytime! We had a super lovely stay at Christian and Javier's apartment! Very good amenities and nice comfortable bed. The apartment was noisy, cozy, clean and tidy and we got Champagne and chocolate on the occasion of the New Year. We have had good contact with the host throughout the stay and it has felt safe and good. We stayed very close to both shopping, restaurants, and public transport.
