Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Hoenderloo

The stay was very cozy and fine! We could quietly enjoy the sun on the terrace, watch a movie in the evening with the projector on the large screen. Supermarkets could be reached within walking distance. The cottage is located right next to the church, which makes you hear the bells very loud, but our hosts had provided earplugs for our whole group, so we still had a good night's sleep.

We felt comfortable from the first moment. The apartment is harmoniously furnished with so much love for detail. We lacked nothing. Even coffee and tea were available for use. The atmosphere in the house was homely and cordial. The communication with the host was very pleasant, helpful, friendly and extremely likeable. The available bikes let us enjoy a relaxing day in the area. Whenever we should come back to the area, we will book again. We can recommend the place to anyone looking for peace, nature, nice and friendly landlords and a cozy place to stay.

It was a nice quiet place, the cottage was very neatly clean. We will probably come back!

Johan was extremely helpful and provided suggestions, maps and literature to help us with our biking, hiking and visits to places of interest.

Our stay at "Place under the trees" was wonderfully relaxed. You walk from the cottage in no time into the woods for a nice walk and during the autumn you get a beautiful confetti with every gust of colored leaves. After the walk, settle in the cozy living room by the fireplace with a book or under the skylight at the dining table. There are plenty of books and magazines to entertain your hours. Or you can go into the sauna or hot tub. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing a simple meal. We also slept wonderfully under the thick duvets. In short, everything you need for a relaxing weekend, away from the hustle and bustle, is present. We will come back in the summer to also enjoy the swimming pond.

The Tolhuisje has all the charm of a 200 year old property and all the comforts of the 21st century. It has been tastefully refurbished with an eye for historical detail. It was the ideal base for us for a midweek Overijssel. Zwolle, Enschede, Deventer, the Salland hills and our family were (almost) all within 30 minutes. And if the sun shines all week, the week can no longer be broken. Frank and Marieke are incredibly friendly and approachable hosts, easy and quick to reach. In short: absolutely recommended.

Good stay, cozily furnished and beautiful surroundings. Not easily accessible by public transportation and too bad there is no open restaurants on Sundays nearby. With 6 people enough space but no toilet upstairs.

Cozy and complete apartment in a prime location in the heart of Deventer. Jelmer is a thoughtful host who makes you feel welcome and responds quickly to questions.

What a wonderfully spacious apartment. It was more spacious than it looked in the photos. In the evening very cozy with the stove on. All amenities were good. For us the perfect base for a few days of nature and city. We were there in summer winter but for other seasons also a really nice place to stay. Thank you!

The annex was nicely decorated and very cozy with the river nearby. Hella was a great host and even made us feel welcome. There was even some snack and a little breakfast for us. Felt right at home, would definitely recommended. Five minute walk to the city center. We will come back for a longer stay.

We stayed in the house for a work in the area. The house has very good conditions. Communication was great. Everything worked well. We recommend.

We had a relaxed family reunion with 8 adults and 4 children and dog, the spacious space was great, the equipment in the kitchen is extensive and made cooking a group experience. The foosball was very appealing! The wood stove could be operated throughout, the wood supply was more than sufficient.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Violet with five families for two nights. The place was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making it perfect for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was responsive and accommodating, ensuring a hassle-free experience. We had no complaints and would happily recommend Villa Violet to anyone looking for a great getaway.

We were very warmly welcomed. In addition to luxury, the accommodation also exudes a lot of atmosphere and coziness. We felt right at home.

We had a great weekend stay at Guy's place! It was clean, modern and spacious enough for our girls group of 9 people. The decor was extensive and left nothing to be desired – we had everything we needed. We were particularly impressed by the helpfulness of the host Guy, who was always available and took care of our concerns quickly. A small suggestion for improvement would be to provide a description for some devices, such as the hot tub settings. That would have made it even easier for us. Overall it was a wonderful stay, and we would definitely come back and recommend the place!
