Perfect stay in a wonderful place, couldn't be better.

This spot was perfect for access to Trang An boat tour and dragon mountain. (4.5 miles to the boat docks- we actually biked there for 50k dong and a couple more miles to Mua Caves- we rented a motorbike from them for 150k dong and did a bunch of exploring since we had it for the day. The food there was great- breakfast was included, so don’t fret about the weird groupings and what you are paying for because it’s tasty and included It will be a bit more than Hanoi prices, but all in all amazing value for what you get. Chickens and dogs can have a mind of their own at night, but all in all beds were comfy and we slept so well. The pool was great- so refreshing. Surroundings and staff all amazing and exactly as pictured. I would recommend to anyone looking to spend time doing the Ninh Binh/Trang An activities. Let them organize transportation- for the same price you’ll pay anywhere else, they took care of all of it for us with door to door service to and from Hanoi!

Beautiful scenery! Definitely "rustic". A part of the "homestay" meaning constantly able to get meals/recommendations/play with the local pets, but still tons of privacy. thanks so much for the warm welcome!!

This place is a slice of heaven tucked underneath some beautiful mountains, it’s peaceful and serene, the staff are amazing and helped me with all my needs. The restaurant produced amazing dishes and a great selection of drinks! I felt safe, happy and relaxed the entire time.

The place is easy to find from the main road and is located in between major attractions. It's not particularly close to 1 or another, but being in the middle gives you more options for you to go around to. We were allowed an early check in, and they got a local taxi to pick us up and drop us off at the train station, we appreciate the convenient service. They have their own restaurant so you can order when you're hungry and they even serve free breakfast from 7 am to 10 am! We got the room under the mountain, it was nice and looked like the photos, the only concern was the strength of the water heater, which during our visit was ice cold. Other than that, a great stay over all!

It is a family run place and everyone is so friendly and helpful! They helped us with the activities for the day as well. Very sweet and nice hosts and a lovely place.

Van was an extremely accommodating and friendly host, who helped us book rides and motorbikes, and gave advice about what to do in the area when. Breakfast was wonderful, and the property is STUNNING, looks exactly like the pictures. Peaceful, safe, clean, and walkable. Stay here, you won’t regret it!

Excellent stay, walkable to downtown Tam Coc

There is a picture of a man called Do Anh but we always delt with a lady, we assume his wife, sorry we do not know her name so apologies refering to her as 'She'. The place is like Hansel and Gretel Land, there are little bungalows and a pool surrounded by beautiful trees and flowers, it is so pretty. There is a nice breakfast area, where you can chat with other guests, this was great for us as were travelling North to South and met a couple who were going South to North so we picked their brains and actually ended up changing our route slightly based on their experience. She could not have been nicer or more helpful, always there ready to help and booked our night bus (even walked us to the pick-up point) for us. We would highly recommend a stay here, you could not be disappointed.

Wow. Best guest house hospitality I have ever encountered. Mrs Ninh was a great host, her food was delicious. My daughter was sick and her husband took us to the hospital. Mrs Ninh knowledge of the area and what to do was amazing. She assisted us with everything related to tours and booking transport to leave. She also supported us to engage with our next host. She is so kind and warm hearted!!!

Highly recommend this stay in Nihn Binh! The location was ideal, quiet and away from the center but still very close by bike or scooter. The bungalows were spacious and lovely! The staff were excellent, Luu Duc Cong was so accommodating and helpful to me. He was able to change my booking dates at short notice when I had my bus cancelled as well as arranged a scooter for me and my onwards bus journey. They also made a delicious breakfast!

A wonderful place and a haven of peace, with an excellent host, friendly, helpful, and very generous. In addition, his collaborator Huyên is always in the surroundings watching because you do not lack anything and always with a smile. Your breakfast is the best of all Vietnam. We took away a spectacular memory 🫶🏻

Good place to stay, away from the touristic area's. With a scooter you get around very easy. We would stay here again.
