Vacation rentals with beach access in Hoa Hai

The condition of the apartment is very good. It felt like a hotel with daily cleaning and replacing supplies. Of course, simple cooking and laundry are also possible, so I didn't feel uncomfortable living there. It's a resort with a pool and a private beach, and it's all free to use. However, it's a pity that there are no commercial facilities such as grocery stores and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this place if you want a quiet retreat with your family.

The location is great. Grab knights know this place. You can walk to the beach, and the back of the accommodation is full of various shops while eating. I want to come again next time. Thank you especially for being a considerate and warm host.

Had a perfect 2-day stay at Hien’s place. The place is spacious, clean, walkable and has everything you’d need for a stay. Everything in the apartment is high-quality, from the bed and mattress to the sofa and the shampoos/ conditioners and towels. Heck I could even see myself living at her place for a long time. Highly recommend Hien’s place!

The view of Kristine’s place was absolutely beautiful. The surprise of having the apt cleaned daily kept the apt clean and nice. We were so appreciative of it. The apt is a little off the main area of my khe but we loved the location because it was quieter and we got the full view of the beach. Kristine is also responsive and communicative

He was the kindest host I've ever had. The house was the same as the pictures, and they responded quickly to my inquiries. I was really impressed that I even received a birthday cake as a surprise on the last day. We recommend this place!! I have 100% intention for revisiting😁

Very responsive, and loved the place - access is a bit of a walk and it would be hard if you are with children and carrying heavy luggage as its a short 50m walk from where a taxi drops you off. ( Maybe if the host had a trolley to lug your suticases it would be good) but apart from that no other issue whatsoever.

It was the best place to stay. I stayed one night in Da Nang, one night at a resort, and two nights at Pao Homes. While one night was enough for the hotel and resort in Da Nang, I wished I could have spent more time at Pao Homes. The area had many quiet and wonderful restaurants and cafes. As you can see in the photos, the accommodation was beautifully decorated and very charming. I took my honeymoon photos at Pao Homes, and I have no regrets. The hosts provided the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. They responded quickly and shared great local insights. If you’re looking for a unique stay different from hotels and resorts in Da Nang and Hoi An, I highly recommend it!

Our family of 6, Grandparents, our son and his family with 3 children under 7 years old stayed here at the end of our Vietnam/Laos adventure. It was absolutely perfect for us! Hanh was so helpful and flexible. The home is really beautiful and owners have thought of so many extras to make you feel right at home. The kids enjoyed the pool and we all loved the beach that is just steps away. It’s a quiet, peaceful, extremely friendly and safe area. Beautiful home. We had a great stay here. Convenient location with many walkable options. Our hosts, Brian, was very friendly and responsive.

The place was super decorated, especially clean and there were fresh towels every day. The pool was nice, but very busy at certain times, so it was also very noisy. If there was a problem, I got a response right away. To reach restaurants and attractions you need a grave. If that doesn't bother someone, the quiet accommodation is highly recommended!

Excellent communication and spotless apartment. Well maintained and modern Super location

This was one of the loveliest stays for me. The apartment itself had everything I needed to be comfortable for a 5-week remote work stay. The time I was there coincided with the last part of rainy season so at times it was humid; it helps to keep bedroom doors open and to open the window for circulation. The hosts were responsive and kind about questions, local suggestions, and any issues that come up. They even brought me treats for Tết which was so unexpected and sweet. The apartment is located on the 39th floor, so you have sweeping views of the city and beach, while also being high enough so that traffic noise is less bothersome and mosquitos are less of a problem. The sound of the ocean was incredibly relaxing. I would definitely book with hesitation!

The apartment was great with a beautiful view. Even though we checked in at midnight, check-in was very easy. What makes us most satisfied is a soft bed and a clean, quiet apartment. Waking up with the sea and Son Tra mountain infront of your eyes is an extremely wonderful experience. I will definitely come back.

Really liked it. Nice and quiet while in a very happening location. Connected to the Marriot hotel made for a quick walk for coffee or drinks at the rooftop pool and bar.

We loved our stay at this apartment! It is lovely, clean, and a great location for us. We wanted to be close to the monkey mountain park for running/exercising as well as close to the beach for exploring. The host is very responsive and flexible. Our details changed several times, and she was incredibly gracious and welcoming. We are traveling with a child, so having a separate room is very important to us. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood - there is a convenience store a few steps away, and there are fruit vendors 1 street over. There are several restaurants and cafes nearby. Additionally, if you come with a young child, there is an extremely affordable kid cafe a couple blocks away! This neighborhood felt like we saw a slice of life in Vietnam, rather than just a touristy area. Grab rides were very reasonable, and there are also many motorbike rental shops nearby. If we return to Da Nang in the future, we would love to stay here again.
