Condo vacation rentals in Ho Chi Minh City

We spent two weeks at Jay's apartment and it was very comfortable and in a good location. We had to do a little cleaning in the kitchen before using it, but otherwise the apartment was clean and had what we needed. The location was great because it was close to a major road and a mall, but set back enough to be quiet. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance.

I especially like the location of this property, it wasn’t far from where our bus from Phnom Phen stopped and not too far from the international airport. The room was comfortable for 3 adults. I also like that they have a clothes rack for drying clothes. I’ve come across properties that has a washing machine but no place to dry clothes. There are restaurants around the area that serves cheap food, cheaper than 711. Host is friendly and responsive.

The apartment is clean and close by to the shops. Mins communication was great, quick response and very helpful!

Very friendly host, cozy place

The whole room is very comfortable to live in, and everything is great. Meyong is quick in responding and providing support. The location of this property is extremely ideal, being close to the newly opened Ho Chi Minh City Subway Station and Landmark81. Highly recommend.

May is incredibly supportive! The apartment is clean, fully furnished, and surrounded by great restaurants. What matters most to me when staying in a new place is whether I can sleep well, and this room made me feel completely at ease. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m in HCM!

I spent 2 nights at this apartment in Sky89 and it was a great time. The building has good security and in good condition, many amenities such as Karaoke room, movie room, rooftop pool & sauna. The only thing is that you have to settle your car/bike parking spot because this area doesn't allow street parking, you can ask the security guard for a parking spot outside of the building, the basement of the building costs more if you don't mind. The apartment is spacious and minimal, they also provide water. Hosts are very responsive :)

This is the perfect Airbnb in district 7 with a great pool and exercise complex. Thao is a very proactive host who was quick to respond to any questions I had. I loved the location on the quiet side of the building with a beautiful view. I would recommend this apartment to anyone seeking spacious accomodation in a smart area with lots of shops, convenience stores, bars, restaurants, cafes, a gourmet grocery store etc. within easy walking distance.

The apartment is spacious, convenient, really cool view, great books, and simple furnitures, free of cluster. The surrounding food is great (try the porridge across the street - tiny little place). Hosts’ hospitality and responsiveness are unmatched, super helpful and kind as they let me have their unused bag because I couldn’t find anything that fits my needs. Bring some earplugs if you’re sensitive to the street noise as the Karaoke across the street can get loud at night (but very lively - recommend joining them for a night or two).

Clean rooms, great central location just minutes from Bui Vien and Ben Thanh Market, functional washer and dryer and great views of the city. Hosts were great communicators and very helpful throughout our stay.

This place was great! Very clean and in a walkable area of town. Because it’s outside city center, many tours will not pick you up in zone 2 (just beware) but it’s a cheap Grab ride to get to where they will. Many amazing restaurants within walking distance, mall was a few minute short walk away as well. Views from the windows was also fantastic! We were too busy and unfortunately never made it to the pool. Would stay here again though

It's modern and comfortable condo, located in a quiet area of Ho Chi Minh city. I won't forget the city night view, looking it from the big balcony. We really had very good time at the wonderful swimming pool with city view. The host KayStay Mr. Thai was very friendly and helpful. He always responded me quickly and provided useful information ( convenience store, pharmacy...). We definitely will come again. Highly recommend !

Le is friendly and helpful and was always quick to respond. Apartment is on 24th floor, facing NNE. View from the window is towards the river and a bit towards the opposite building. Courtyards are very green and area is quite. Mall with a supermarket is 5min walk and park with ride and such is 10min walk. Multiple convenience stores around, pharmacies, print shop - you don't really need to leave the area for almost anything. As of Jan'25 townhouse part of the area is mostly uninhabited and make for a quite and nice place to walk/run. There is a construction site nearby but it wasn't loud or bothersome even with open windows (I'm noise sensitive). There are a couple of gyms in the walking distance; pull-up bar and a pair of dumbbells in the apartment was very convenient too. Bike ride to the center of HCMC takes about 40min. To the airport during rush hour closer to 1.5h.

Sua & Phuc were amazing hosts. The fact that Sua came over to casually meet us was a sweet gesture as we met over for coffee. The condo is a beautiful place to stay although it's slightly away from the city (we wanted a cosy and quiet place away from the city thus why we chose this accommodation) , everything you need - it's all there, soft beds, hot heater, wine glasses, infinity pool, stunning skyline view, a clean home and most importantly - amazing hosts! We infact felt that we should have stayed a few days extra but it's okay, we'll come back again in future. Sua personally made us feel home, a beautiful memory on behalf of all Vietnamese and that's being warm + welcoming. Anyone that's gonna book this condo will not regret it! The host is very responsive and well-organized. The apartment is cozy, clean, and tidy, with a nice view of the inner garden pool. I felt very relaxed and comfortable staying in that area. It’s also conveniently located, with short walking distances to shopping malls, food outlets, a supermarket, a golf driving range, and amusement parks.
