Very quiet and very peaceful. If you want quiet time this is a nice spot to be. There are a few very small local bars and restaurants nearby but not many options. Will need to go to town to do / see anything meaningful. But a wonderful place to get away if solitude is what you are looking for.

Suly is a great host. When we couldn’t get in the gate she came right over to help us out. She noticed I recently had surgery and without hesitation she moved us from the 3rd floor unit to the 2nd floor one which really helped. I really apperciated that. She even helped carry my luggage up the stairs knowing she is supposed to take it light as well. When we got into the similar rental everything was set up the same and looked just as nice as the one I picked out for me and my mother. My mother really liked how it was less than 3 buildings away from her sister that we came to visit. Suly followed up with us to make sure everything was ok and answered any questions within the hour. I really appreciated the entire service and unit rented. She is going on my favorite list for when we come back next year. 😊 AC and the fan worked great. The breeze that comes in from the windows and balcony door really help cool the living room. Water heats up quick and having a king bed was awesome since it was me and my mom sleeping there.

Cedric was an absolute pleasure to work with. He responded to all our inquiries within moments. He was kind, caring and always helpful. Our suite was beautiful, spacious, clean and had a spectacular view. Airport transportation was worry free. There was always an endless supply of snacks and various meal options to enjoy. The staff overall are amazing, making your stay wonderful. A few comments that I have regarding the resort are no reflection of Cedric. We paid for wifi service and it was not accessible most of the time. Trying to address the service issues was frustrating. Although we understand the process for evening dinner reservations, doing it every few days rather than every day would be easier. Of course you can always go to the buffets which are great. Beautiful resort to enjoy sunshine, relax time and priceless views. Reserve your experience through Cedric. You won’t be disappointed!

This place is a 5 star plus! I rent the place for my baby gender reveal and Carlos was amazing. The place is huge and clean. Carlos even allow me to use the Heliport and fireworks. I have no words to describe their understanding. I recommend it 100%.

Roberto and Mirka went above and beyond to accommodate me from check in to check out. OUTSTANDING! They were both extremely responsive and the apartment was just what I needed. It was clean and cozy with that "HOME" feeling. The location is great, just walking distance from the beach, restaurants, bars, supermarket, money exchanges, etc. Truly a prime location. I highly recommend this host and his team and will definitely stay in this location again on my future stays in Boca Chica.

Best place in Cabarete / Encuentro. Our second stay! Everything about it is perfect, the location, the rooms, the property, the hosts, the staff, and the overall relaxing quiet vibe. So close to the best beach, a short 60 second walk. The restaurant is excellent and there are lots of dinner options within walking distance to try different places. THANK YOU so much to our hosts for making our second stay so wonderful. Big Big thank you to the wonderful ladies that cook the delicious food, and keep the place perfectly clean, as well as the best nighttime security guard of all time, he is wonderful! We loved it last year and returned again this year because La Curadina is so outstanding. Surfing lessons at Puahana for all levels, especially beginners of ALL ages. Surf is rideable every single day, great for lessons on the inside , or super fun outstanding lefts and rights on the outside along the entire stretch of beach for intermediate to advanced. We loved watching the whales breach!

My family and I love it, especially what we liked is that it is as shown in the photos as well as the kitchen, rooms, living room and pool all impeccable. Very good option when looking for peace of mind. But the most important thing was the attention with the host, she was always available to answer my concerns. Thank you very much

Everything is super good, clean, nice, nice, nice decor, the pool is super good and very good service from the guy in charge. You have to have a car to get there because it is on an unpaved road and has to go up to get there

Unheard of weather issues while we were there. Nothing anything that Jissel had control over, yet she was responsive and helped solve issues that arose because of the weather. I would not hesitate to rent from her again.

Excellent place to stay in San Juan de la Maguana, very central, it has parking. The very kind reception guy, the structure of the hotel well done and with a beautiful rooftop to share. The Room Suite Caonabo quite spacious, clean and with its private bathroom. It's definitely a place where we would stay again. 10/10.
