Such a cute little beach condo! Very comfortable, well equipped, secure and steps from the beach. Walkable to food and coffee and an amazing ocean view from the balcony! Mari was a very accommodating and responsive host. I rented a jeep wrangler and it was tight for the gated lot just FYI, might want something a little smaller. There’s a coffee machine (bring your own coffee), sandwich press and plenty of utensils/cups/plates. Bring an extra blanket if you like having extra blankets. AC and everything worked great. I would stay here again and recommend!

This was an amazing pick. Ami was a great host. We stayed in PR for my son’s 13th birthday and Ami even set up balloons for our entry. Endless suggestions were given on where to go and what to do. 10/10 stay

Clean, very comfortable and well decorated. Great view and in a great area. Very walkable but also quiet at night. Clear communication from host. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a FANTASTIC stay! What a lovely place in a fantastic location. Looking out over the ocean from the massive window wall was a joy, as was opening it up for some ocean noise and fresh sea air! Our flight was delayed but communicating with Mr Ramos to get in later than 7 pm was quick and easy!

Spacious, clean, and stocked with all the essentials! Close to great beaches/bio luminescent kayaking. Appreciated the beach chairs, coolers, and sunscreen/bug spray.

The hosts Milly was the best, the place was beyond my expectations, beautiful and peaceful place, well located and full of wonderful restaurants around and lots to do, I had a great birthday at that place, thank you so much ☺️

Everything was great! Nothing to complain to be honest! They’re very professional and take this seriously. The location is in the middle of the city, one small issue we had: towels are limited and there was no laundry to clean them and use them over and over again.

The place was very clean and welcoming. The area is safe and friendly with alot of places to explore walking or a short Uber ride a way.

Angel’s place was clean, large, and a great location to be able to walk to beach, scenic walkways and things to do. Amenities were great including washer and dryer, Filtered water from refrigerator, extra towels and linens. There were 2 A/C units, The bedroom A/C was very loud when turning on and off as others had mentioned. Angel did have a floor fan we used at night instead of the A/C in the bedroom. He also provided a large bag of ice and a case of bottled water when we arrived, something we have never experienced in any other Airbnb we’ve stayed in. We would definitely stay again, thank you Angel!

No brainer. Would stay there again. Actually, tried to increase stay, but others beat me to it. lol

Location, location, location. Perfect apartment if you want easy access to beach, restaurants of all price ranges, 24h pharmacy literally across the street. Rooms very comfortable and a lot of space for long term stays. If you have a car rental easy access and if not you can easily Uber or taxi (11 min. to airport). We would definitely return. Thank you Marta for your quick responses that were greatly appreciated when planning a vacation!

We had a great time at the Airbnb. Sandra was always helpful and responsive when we needed something. The place was nice and in a beautiful location. I have nothing but positive things to say about it.

Erick was a great host - friendly and responsive! Checkin was our only tricky area. Erick did send detailed instructions and even videos so maybe we were just tired ☺️ but there is no house # and the main gate didn’t work as expected. Getting into the actual apartment was very easy! Walkable to the beach and many food choices! We would definitely stay again!!

Great location blocks from strip with all Hotels, stores and Resturants. Beach was a block away easy to get to. Host provides beach towels, chairs and cooler which was very convenient! Very clean apartment and just how described. The entrance door to the apartment was tricky to lock and unlock. Had difficultly finding the place as the number of the building provided was wrong and main entrance is off to the side of the garage and kind of hidden but once we found it with the help with the host everything was fine! Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay at Moon’s place. It was just as described - the views from the window were incredible! Right above the pool and steps from the beach. Moon provided beach chairs and towels, and access to the beautiful beach was easy. We loved the beach with its soft sand, warm water and big waves! A short walk along the beach was a stand selling coconuts and pineapple, ices and pina coladas! Easy to walk to the local restaurants - favorites included Bebo’s Cafe for local Puerto Rican cuisine, La Cantina Argentina, and Sobao’s Cafe for coffee/breakfast. It’s felt safe walking around and most people were friendly and happy to help. We rented a car for one day from Enterprise, a 10 minute walk along the road. We visited El Yunque rain forest - wow! Amazing experience. Uber was definitely the way to go for most places, easier than trying to park! Old San Juan is a must visit! One of my favorite vacations!

Great place to stay, short walk to the beach and easy access to highway if your traveling the island. Steven was great. Looking forward to returning soon.

Excellent communication from Luz throughout the process. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the unit had everything we needed (including a pack-n-play for our toddler). The location was great, and we got alot of quality time at the pool throughout the week.

We had a great stay at Tania’s condo. It was clean and just as described. Tania even messaged and let us know about some possible weather conditions in PR which was super thoughtful and shows she cares about her guests. We would highly recommend.

Loved the location. we did not have a car so it was nice to be in a happening neighborhood. I especially loved the very quick walk to the beach. We booked a tour for El Yunque and could walk to the pick up spot. Thanks for the coffee and decaf! Nice to have a cup before starting the days adventures. I really appreciated Josem’s quick replies to my questions.

We booked almost 6 months ahead of time for our first time vacation to Puerto Rico. The place was absolutely exact to what was described and in the photos. I never give five star reviews. but I feel that this small place met all of our needs 100%

Sharon and Bonnie were great hosts and were proactive plus quick to respond with any questions. The property is as described in the listing. We had plenty of space for our family of six in this beautiful condo. The property is a short drive or walking distance to the Hyatt Resort. We enjoyed a day at the pool and beach at the Hyatt which required purchasing day passes. Sharon generously refunded us for 2 day passes as a birthday gift to our son. This condo is within steps of the shallow pool on property. The walk to the beach is around 10 minutes. The PGA golf course looked beautiful but was unfortunately closed during our stay due to preparations for the PGA tour. There is currently a large construction site in the early phases directly across from this property with excavation work starting early. We enjoyed our stay with amazing views of the golf course and rainforest. Ocean views in the distance are now through a construction site. This is a safe golf villa community.
