Melissa and her husband were exceptional hosts. They made us feel welcome the minute we arrived, as they met us there and gave us a tour and explained everything about the home. It has everything we needed. And the complimentary waters and snacks were so thoughtful and appreciated. The pool was too cold to get in while we were there but it was so nice sitting out on the back lanai anyway. It was really nice having a ceiling fan in every room. Thank you so much for everything. I definitely recommend this rental if you are looking to stay in this area.

Great location for our family gathering! Lots of bedrooms each with its own bath is a must for us. We were very thrilled with wildlife right at the Windy Point property. Like having our own private nature preserve. The Osprey were so active and some were nesting, the Great Horned Owl greeted us every morning and the baby alligators and turtles came out for sun later in the day. The number and variety of Herons was spectacular! Not to mention songbirds, Egrets, Cranes, Limpkins, Ibis, Cardinals, Swallows, on and on. Perfect place for our family to gather, make food, play board games, relax. The folks from Alaska and Michigan really appreciated the winter climate here and everyone enjoyed having a clean pool and hot tub that actually work as advertised! Went by so fast. We are keeping Windy Point in mind for a future family gathering for sure.

The attention to detail in all the things - from Orange juice and muffins in the fridge to clear instructions on how to work all the electronics. The backyard has a variety of fruit trees adding to the serenity of the space. I will definitely rent here again when I have business in Avon Park/Sebring.

We were looking for a place to recharge after retiring from the workforce. Autumn's place was the perfect oasis. We spent our time in the backyard for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. Shady and sunny in all the right spots. The house was spotless and well appointed. We are golfers, and this is the place to stay close to the courses. Autumn and Eric were friendly and responsive hosts. I highly recommend booking this house!

We stayed here for 3 weeks and really enjoyed our time here. The house was very clean and has a lot of space with plenty of natural light. Lots of seating on the back deck to enjoy the sunshine as well. The kitchen was nice for cooking and we were happy to have the washer and dryer. TJ and Sylvia were very responsive and wonderful at recommending good places to visit. Everything about the house is cozy and comfortable and it’s also located in the perfect spot. Right across from the lake and a short drive to the circle in down town Sebring. A few miles from 2 hiking parks that we went to every day and several golf courses along with several places to eat. There’s also a great wide smooth walking sidewalk across the street along the lake that shows how pretty the lake is. We would stay here again in January of next year but it is booked already!

If you’re looking for a place that’s quiet & peaceful and the best hosts you could possibly have. This is the place you’re looking for. It’s quiet, peaceful, very clean, and has all the amenities you need. Dustin and Brittany are very helpful & responsive if there is anything else you need. We can honestly say they were the best host we’ve ever had through our AIRBNB’S. My husband & I stayed at their shabby chic place for 3 weeks & felt right at home. We loved it! They made us feel right at home. It was a pleasure getting to know our host. We would definitely book again.

Located in a nice neighborhood. Beds were comfortable, shower has great water pressure, everything was clean and the furniture was comfortable. Lawn and property was well kept. Alice was responsive when we had a little trouble with the automatic door opener but we soon got the hang of it. Very close to Winn Dixie grocery store for quick trips and about 10 minutes from downtown Lake Placid and Publix. Will be staying again.

Everything was perfect. The house is close enough to restaurants and stores. House was exactly what was described. Amazing view of the lake. And the house was big enough to accommodate 6 adults. Plenty of space!!! Host was awesome. Answered any questions I had. When I come back to Sebring I will definitely be staying here again.

Five stars on everything! We enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer than one night. The cottage is easy to find, very clean, and very comfortable, Wi-Fi and smart TVs work great. We didn't have time to use the grill and the hot tub, but we loved the firepit at the large front yard with plenty of firewood provided. There were also complimentary snacks, water, coffee pods, and a full-size washer and dryer. We had a chance to meet Carlos and Diana on our way out, they were truly kind people with great hospitality. We highly recommend Carlos's place and definitely will stay again!

We enjoyed our stay very much. We had trouble getting into the place initially, however, Irma was very accommodating to correct the situation and make things right, which was greatly appreciated. We had such a wonderful weekend! The location of the house right on the lake and the layout of the house itself was so ideal for our group of 11. The house is super close to the cute downtown area and the location on the lake was a blast. Super responsive host and everything was sparkling clean. We will definitely be back!

This lovely home was perfect in every way. It was clean, comfortable, with a very lovely Florida room. It had a great dock where we could keep our boat and a nice sitting area on the dock. Melissa was a fantastic host. She always responded immediately and went out of her way to accommodate us. We will be back.

Chris was welcoming and responsive. The home was just what we were looking for. The grill came in handy. It was out of propane when we arrived. Once I alerted Chris, he got right on it and had a new tank there. I would recommend this place.

The best place after your own home. I am really thankful to Greg and April for the kindness and hospitality. The home was beautiful, clean and full of amenities which makes it perfect getaway from hustling city life. The rooms, washrooms, linens, kitchen were super clean. The location of this house is so perfect next to lake with such a beautiful scenic view. I thanks to host for making my and my families trip so relaxing and enjoyable. Will definitely go back again.💕
