Staying with Marvin was spotless from start to finish! The apartment is very lovingly decorated and immediately made us feel at home - the garden with a view was our absolute highlight. Communication was 1A, no matter what issue we had, Marvin responded within a very short time. We highly recommend staying with Marvin! :)

We had a wonderful weekend at this lovingly decorated home! With 10 adults and 3 toddlers we had plenty of space, and everything was thought of. The amenities are thoughtful, cozy and designed with a lot of love for detail. Contact with Justine was straightforward, friendly, and helpful – she responded quickly to questions and organized check-in smoothly. We felt completely comfortable and would recommend it at any time. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Nice house old from the outside but nice from the inside

We had a great weekend! The house was sparkling clean and very well maintained. The kitchen equipment is very good! We were only missing a sharp knife. The oven made it cozy and warm and we liked the covered balcony very much despite not so good weather! Thank you for this beautiful accommodation! We felt very comfortable!

LOVED IT! The little village was beautiful, the area was awesome, the house was PERFECT! Walkable to restaurants & grocery. The yard was fantastic, we ate outside because the weather was cooperative. Andre was so thoughtful & helpful & accommodating. Definitely one of my very favorite Airbnb stays!

We wanted to spend a relaxing weekend getaway with close friends and Manfred‘s house was the most ideal place to be. The house is perfectly located - away from the hustle bustle of the city and close to nature. The views from the house are splendid and the proximity to the lake is cherry on the top! Manfred is a great host, was available to communicate when we needed him. The house was clean and cozy and we felt absolutely at home here. We have great memories here and will definitely recommend and love to visit again! Thank you :)

Great place to stay, nice space and close to the slopes.

We felt very comfortable. The house is secluded on the edge of the forest as described, yet easily accessible and many wineries/gastro/supermarkets nearby. There is nothing missing in the house, everything is taken care of. Susanne is a host who gives you peace but is still available. We enjoyed the morning sun on the terrace, as well as the cozy evenings in front of the fireplace. It was also very pleasant with a dog, there were blankets as well as the good connection to the forest. We would happily come back ❤️

Accommodation was even nicer and larger than in the pictures, hosts very friendly and always easily accessible, keep it up!

In March 2025, I was allowed to spend two wonderful weeks in this pleasant, quiet apartment in every way – and can now fully understand the many enthusiastic reviews. The communication with Ines was warm and attentive, the reception warm, questions were answered immediately. Issues resolved quickly. The apartment is functional, beautiful and equipped with a real feel-good factor. The bathroom is modern, the toilet separate – I immediately felt at home. The view of the lake from the dining table and terrace touches the soul. In about 400 m you can reach the shore and the charming "Geronimo" with terrace and beer garden – highly recommended! The surrounding area invites you to take walks and eBike tours. For me, it was ideal for switching off and refueling. And my wife, who visited me for a short time on the weekend, was also very excited. Thank you, dear Ines and family – for this special oasis of well-being! Ralf

We spent a perfect weekend with six people in this beautiful apartment. Particularly noteworthy are the very central location in the middle of the old town and the beautiful roof terrace. We will be happy to come back!

Everything is great, public transport and infrastructure great. Lots of ways to eat well, go for walks, etc. Kassel is a cute town. The apartment was as described, tasteful and decorated with everything you need.

We felt very comfortable. The apartment has everything it needs, the balcony has a high recreational value with lots of sun and tranquility. The surroundings are great for hikes and bike rides.

Very nice apartment, fully equipped, overlooking Lake Möhnesee. On the balcony you can still enjoy the sun in the evening. The host Stefan is very friendly and responds quickly to requests. Everything perfect.

We felt right at home in this sparkling clean spacious apartment! The new decor is thought out in detail and tastefully put together. We didn't miss anything, neither with the modern kitchen equipment nor in the living area. In the sleeping spaces there are generously planned closet spaces and storage spaces with practical hanging options. It was particularly pleasant that there is a guest toilet in the entrance area! Rarely have we experienced such perfect amenities on our travels! The communication was immediate and reliable both in advance and during our stay, i.e. excellent! The place was very large and exceeded expectations.

We booked at short notice, which was no problem. The communication was consistently friendly and the hosts always responded quickly! The guests felt very comfortable. ☺️

The place was absolutely impeccable and you had everything you needed on site. For shopping, there is the supermarket or bakery around the corner. There was an extra high chair, travel cot and dishes for the toddler. Coffee maker provided the best coffee and even milk froth like in the cafe. Terrace super nice to sit and in the morning you are woken up by the chickens. We can fully recommend the apartment.

This place was great, it was in a quiet location, had a parking space, there was an aldi or lidl near by, the place was fully equipped with everything, kitchen, fridge, dishes etc.
