Nestled in open countryside next to our vineyard on the outskirts of Bishop's Stortford, an ideal base to explore East Herts & North Essex or visit London & Cambridge. The Cowshed is a recently converted barn sleeping 5, complete with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and comfy seating around a woodburner. Egyptian cotton linen and black out blinds in all bedrooms. Outdoors enjoy the wood burning hot tub, feed the chickens, take a stroll round our lake or discover the zip wire in the wood!

Black Squirrel Barn is a converted 3 bed 2 bath barn. It is completely self contained so you have your privacy but I am close by to help if necessary. The barn is luxurious yet homely with cosy underfloor heating downstairs. Close by are two lovely pubs with fab food. You can also find a little post office within 5 mins walk. There are many wonderful country walks starting from the cottage.

More locally Rothamsted Research, Spire Hospital Harpenden and the YWAM base locally known as ‘The Oval’, as well as Hemel ski centre and Harry Potter World nearby.

The accommodation comprises a large bedroom/sitting room with a Super King size bed, dining table, and a large bathroom. The kitchen area has a fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave and a small bench top hot plate and pan but NO cooker. The bathroom has a shower and a bath. There is an Electric Vehicle charging point
