Perfect host, beautiful house, everything worked out

A beautiful stay! The house was clean, modern and very comfortably furnished. The location in Düsseldorf was quiet but still central. The host was friendly and always available. We felt very comfortable and would come back any time. Highly recommend!”

For our JGA we booked this place for one night. We were 13 people, room was more than enough for everyone. Rooms were all clean, there were plenty of towels for everyone. About the location: as already described in some reviews before me, the house is located in a residential area and is a semi-detached house. Therefore, it should also be noted that you cannot/should not make noise until the end of the day. We talked to the neighbors before and were still partying around 11:30 pm. Until then, no one complained about the volume and we were certainly not quiet on the road. The garden is nice and large, the hot tub well maintained. The house itself is also in good condition, the bathrooms in the rooms are "newly" renovated. Check in / check out went smoothly, the hosts are very nice. All in all we had a great time and with the house the perfect accommodation for the JGA, thank you.

I stayed here with a large group for a new years meet. Communication with the host was proactive and positive. He was very welcoming and we had no issues over our stay. The location is good if you have a car or dont plan to go to the city. Thank you to our host, you were really chill with us and we appreciate it.

Nice house and place

The check-in was easy, and the host informed me about everything. We didn't meet Xenia, but she was very kind and we could easily communicate with her through messages. (personally, I prefer the safe solution, because it doesn't require an appointment with the host for the key exchange) The apartment was spacious, well-equipped, clean, warm, comfortable. Unfortunately, the view and the neighborhood are not the most beautiful, they are so industrial, but this was not a consideration for us. We'd love to come here again when we're around. Great value for money. I can only recommend it.

With 5 colleagues, we had a great stay in this beautiful house. A great view combined with all the luxury and facilities. The kitchen was full of comforts and there were also more than enough utensils! The location is nice and quiet, but we were in the trade fair grounds of Messe Düsseldorf within 20 minutes every day!!

Beautiful house for an unforgettable weekend away with our friend group. It was our own private castle! Large rooms, comfortable beds, and kitchen and bathrooms were large, clean and well equipped. We were greeted very friendly by the house’s caretaker and contact during and after our stay was very pleasant and friendly. Two small remarks: some of the rooms didn’t have curtains or blinds to block out daylight, and in some rooms the light switches were not working properly or confusing to use. But those are just minor issues because we had an amazing time in the villa. Thank you!
