I stayed at Adrien’s beautiful spot after I was displaced from my apartment and my mom lost our childhood home in the Eaton Fire. Adrien’s place provided me the perfect little escape from the intensity of what we had just undergone and allowed me to seek refuge and start to rebuild my life. Her space is incredibly pet friendly and allowed my cat to finally be at ease and relax. I felt very safe in her home and found Adrien to be the most responsive, warm, and generous host which was hugely comforting to me during such a challenging moment in my life. I’m incredibly grateful to Adrien for creating such a welcoming safe haven and would encourage anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and relaxation to stay in her beautiful casita!

Beautiful home, exactly as described and shown in pictures. Favorite part was having a promised area to park. House was very clean and organized. Host is very responsive and easy to get in touched with. Would highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was incredibly clean, and you could tell that a lot of care and attention to detail went into maintaining it. The location is excellent in downtown LA, with parking included and easy access to the highway. It's right in front of Crypto Arena, making it a safe area. The parking lot, elevator, and room were clean and safe. The place was well-equipped with plenty of towels, an air mattress, and a blanket.

The apartment was so clean and beautiful and well stocked! Perfect for a weekend getaway and in a super safe and convenient location by the beach. The apartment complex is a bit of a maze but Alex provided maps that were super helpful. Enjoyed every minute!

Mar’s place was great. The place matched the description and photos and Mar gave excellent instructions for check-in and WiFi. Extremely responsive host!

Wonderful host. My one issue is that the house is one bedroom with a loft upstairs- not a full room. That well may have been explained and I missed it- but- it was an issue for me that it did not have two separate doors. I expressed such to Danny and he worked so well with me and went out of his way- to turn a 3 star moment for me- into a 5 star one. It is a beautiful home in an incredible neighborhood. Walking distance to many good things! Including beach. So smart a home. Well thought out and well stocked. It is expensive- but- you do get what you pay for here. We were lucky to have this host and this home. Thanks so much for having us!

This house is an amazing location and the views are spectacular. The house was so comfortable for our family of 5 and my sister in law. We enjoyed the porch and had plenty of room in the living room for family time. The kitchen is a gourmet huge kitchen with nice appliances. The master shower was a spa! 😂 steam shower with three heads. Beautiful views from the master bed when you wake up. Very close to the action and some great restaurants. We would stay here again on our next trip. Loved working with James, he was so responsive and helpful when we had questions. Great Host!

The property was spacious, clean and quiet and just what we were looking for! We were please to see the bathrooms even had bidets. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was amazing! It was immaculately clean and wonderfully well maintained, it was in far better shape than any of the other Hollywood Hills properties I had stayed at. The view was world class both from the living room and the patio. All the amenities were top notch, the neighborhood was quiet and the place was easy to find. I highly recommend this listing and would absolutely stay here again!

The house was perfect for our group in town for a sports tournament on the beach. It was spacious, clean, and in a great location. We especially appreciated the number of bathrooms and showers available.

Elise was a great host and her place was perfect for my needs. For one person traveling there is ample space. The bed was comfortable and there was easy access to laundry. There is also a covered carport for off street parking right outside the front door which was very nice. Inside the unit is small but has a small fridge and basic appliances and dishes. There were plenty of linens and blankets. The mini split bus system while on heat was a little loud when it would kick on (every 5 mins or so) but at least it was warm. I would definitely stay here again if traveling by myself.

We had a great stay and the house was very spacious! The location is very ideal for a day trip in LA and the Mission District right next to the house was fun to walk around.

This is the nicest Airbnb I have every stayed in! Clean, spacious, well-designed and well-furnished, with lovely touches, like the front porch, two desks, lots of light. Just lovely. It was perfect for my husband, our adult daughter and me for three nights over the Thanksgiving holiday. Warren was extremely responsive to all my queries. He kindly provided an extra parking space and blow-up mattress for our son, who preferred to stay with us on Thanksgiving, rather than drive an hour back to his house on the west side of LA. There's not much in the immediate neighborhood, but it is pretty and the house is a short walk to a Von's supermarket and Rosebud, a good coffee shop, both on Colorado Blvd. And it was a short (10 mins) drive to Old Town Pasadena. I recommend Warren's place highly and would stay there again.

Great stay, responsive host & really clean space loved it !

If I could give them 10 stars I would. We had flight and travel issues, but they were nothing but friendly, helpful, and understanding. Communication was excellent and they were extremely responsive. The space and location were amazing and exactly as described. The place was spotless and stocked with anything you would need. The location is perfect for beach time and within walking distance to restaurants and attractions. We will definitely be back!

Stayed here for over a week and loved it! Located a few minute walk away from a grocery store and restaurants, it's also walkable to The Grove and other sites near mid-Wilshire. The apartment itself is clean & modern, and exactly as pictured. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, cooking supplies (including oil & spices), cleaning supplies, and same with the bathroom amenities. There were also extra towels and blankets in the roomy walk-in closet, and super convenient having a gym and trash chutes in the building. Also no issues at all with air conditioning/heater and hot water. The hosts were wonderful - responsive, extremely helpful & accommodating when possible. The only setback during the stay (which was out of the hosts' control) was when the building's fire alarm falsely rang 3 separate times - once even at midnight, so hopefully the building fixes this issue soon. Other than that, I always felt safe and would recommend for anyone looking for a home away from home in LA!

Great stay - impeccably clean, convenient setup, walkable to Americana and restaurants (Regent coffee is amazing!), and I couldn't resist using the facilities - the deck and the gym. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Excellent accommodation as described by the host. Host was extremely accommodating and responsive to requests such as early check-in Accommodation is very clean and has all the required items to make our stay very comfortable Experienced extreme weather during one of the day and within the following day, the host immediately rectified the reported damage items although these items are located outside the house. Extremely impressed with the host fast responses Will definitely come back to this unit again on my next visit to Alhambra CA
