It was a great location for us in a quiet neighborhood.

Our host, Tom, accommodated our family with a last minute request that was outside the typical stay parameters after another host had to do a last minute cancel on us for an unforeseen circumstance. He was the nicest host we've ever had! The home was very spacious, comfortable, spotless and well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, paper supplies and all our cooking needs. Beds had soft, comfortable bedding. Bathrooms stocked with soaps, shampoos and plenty of towels. We truly just had to bring ourselves and the food/drink to enjoy a wonderful family Christmas stay. I highly recommend this AirBnb and we will definitely stay with this host again whenever we are in the area. Thank you!

The hosts were very accommodating and made us feel right at home with extra toiletries, fruit on the dining table, snacks in the kitchen, and some things in the kitchen that made us feel very welcome. The house was warm, clean and comfortable during our stay during a snow storm and the backyard was a good size for our dog. I would recommend double checking the gates as both were closed but not latched. Had a great experience overall.

James was absolutely amazing communicating with me. His site also gave fabulous recommendations for food and things to do that were close proximity to the house. Loved the fenced in back yard for my two dogs. He was a delight to correspond with!!

This home was just lovely. Super comfortable and perfect for our group of 3 adults and 4 kids. Trampoline was a huge plus! Directly across the street from a large park and a very very quick drive (could have walked) to restaurants and shops. Hosts were very responsive, flexible and friendly. Highly recommend!!

Would definitely stay here again! Perfect spot for a week of exploring the city. Large, comfortable space with thoughtful amenities. The location was nearby many convenient hot spots, while being removed enough to be quiet from street noise. Cherrie was kind and responsive, making the entire stay easy!

Winston was communicative and open to a booking on short notice. This is a solid place to spend a night if you have doggos and need something quick and easy.

During our stay there were several weather related issues. The electricity went out because of the weather. Since I was not the owner of the property, I could not report the outage to the power company. Once I informed Edna about the situation, she immediately contacted the power company, provided me with the information I would need to check on power status, and had the power company contact me. Edna was prompt with responses when there were some complications with her cleaning service.

Beautiful property and very comfortable. John was very friendly and helpful. The tour was definitely needed as there are many, many light switches in the house and neat features we wouldn’t have known about otherwise. Great place to stay and would definitely come again!

The location and all amenities were as described! Simone was extremely proactive about reaching out and checking in throughout our stay. Place was clean. Was a great, walkable neighborhood for my dog and I, and the fenced in backyard was a bonus! It is chain-link and not particularly high, so just keep that in mind depending on your dog’s needs.

It was nice to spend a night at Mateo's house to break up our drive home from Florida. The house is very spacious and comfortable for me and my husband, and our dog. Mateo was flexible with the check out time when we asked. We would stay there again.

Desi’s place worked great for my daughter and I on our trip. It was easy to find and parking was a snap right on the street. The space was cute and clean, and well stocked. The little welcome baskets were definitely appreciated! Desi was very helpful and responsive. We’d definitely stay here again.

The home was perfectly stocked with towels, clean linen, and even water bottles. The beds were comfortable, plenty of room for our group. The place was clean and organized. We only stayed for a night as a pit stop on our travels, but there was a lovely sitting porch and back garden area, and also games and toys inside.

We had a great weekend in rva and this place was close and easy access to carytown and all it has to offer.

Our stay was mostly as expected. I’m not familiar with Richmond so I didn’t know what that area was like. The house itself was great and loved having the fenced in yard for my dog and little ones. Couches were not comfortable, however, if you wanted to lie down to be comfortable while watching tv there is a bed essentially in the living room so it’s totally doable. Love the kitchen, dining room and bathrooms. Overall it was a decent experience!

We had a great time staying in the Cool Bus! It was comfy, cozy and stayed nice and warm even at 18 degrees overnight! The property is perfect. It’s far enough away from the hosts house so you don’t feel like your intruding l, but close enough so that the bathroom run isn’t too bad! Cameron and Chloe were great about communicating. They gave us a little tutorial in the bus when we arrived. Overall it was a great stay!
