Seana was an excellent, responsive host, and her place is cozy, clean, and comfortable. The location is ideal— right by several quality restaurants and near the lake— and the apartment is well equipped with tea, coffee, and a great spot by the window where you can enjoy them in the morning.

We were so happy to return to this lovely apartment! We felt right at home and enjoyed the cozy and comfortable space. The convenient location in St. Paul was perfect for our family visit and sightseeing trip.

If I could give ten stars, I would. This was the best AirBNB I’ve ever booked. Incredibly friendly and responsive owner, beautiful house in a perfect location. The house was spotless and welcoming, beds are so cozy and comfortable. Walkable to the lakes and plenty of local shops and restaurants. Quiet street in a charming neighborhood. My local friends were so impressed with this house they’ve saved it to recommend to all their out of town visitors. Can’t wait to come back!

Came to town to check out a concert at the Uptown Theatre. This spot was a 10 minute walk away from venue. The neighborhood also is full of diverse cafes and restaurants. Would def recommend this spot 👍

Fantastic place to stay! Lisa had everything that we needed and more. Many extras that made for an enjoyable stay. Games, books & fun activities that can keep you occupied and not missing a TV. Especially liked the guidebook she provides with suggestions for just about anything you can think of. She sent spot on directions for navigating there, parking, and how to enter. Absolutely covers everything that you may have questions about and all communications were promptly answered. This is a welcoming and comfortable space. Quiet and well maintained. We will keep our fingers crossed that it’s available next time we visit. Totally felt at home here.

This was our second time booking with Lisa, however for a different unit. Again, it was a great stay. I enjoyed the coziness of this condo and quietness of the neighborhood despite being in the city. She has everything you need for cooking and baking. I work remotely and the internet speed was great. The bed was super comfortable. I appreciated the on-site laundry too. Everyone was friendly overall!

Stayed here for two months and Adam was a great host at a great location. Was extremely helpful and made sure that everything was okay for me. Adam went above and beyond in sharing any helpful information for a non local like myself. The two months here were truly a great time. Thank you again!

The building is nice and secure. Walking distance to a lot of different restaurants in the neighborhood, and all of the basics you'll need. In unit washer and dryer was nice. Everything was new and fresh in the apartment. Balcony for fresh air. Parking can be tricky. It's first come, first serve street parking. If you try to park after 8, you could have to walk a block or so. Description of the unit says there is on-site parking for a premium. It's not accurate. Overall, it was a great deal for a nice unit in a new, secure building.

Mauro's place was just right for our 5 night stay visiting family in the area. We used the kitchen for breakfast every day and did some cooking too. The heating system worked great and we stayed warm and comfortable inside even though the weather was very cold during our stay. Very convenient to have an assigned parking space behind the building. Mauro was very responsive to our needs. Plus, very clean space with comfortable bed and furnishings. Would stay again when we're back in town.

I have stayed here twice and I have enjoyed my stay each time. It’s very clean, organized, spacious and quiet. They have everything you need whether you’re staying for a short or long period of time. It’s walkable to many restaurants, parks, etc. We will most definitely be back, they are great hosts !

A great spot! Lots of restaurants, venues, and stores are within walking distance. Parking was super close and simple to get in and out of. The host was direct and friendly with us. The place was super clean and welcoming. Me and my friends had a great time in Minneapolis and a great place to call home for a weekend. 😌

We had a wonderful stay at Stephanie’s place. It was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. We loved the location, just accross the street from Hiawatha Lake and near Lake Nokomis. The living room has a gorgeous view of the lake, and we hopped across the street every morning to take wonderful walks. Our two sons came up to run the Twin Cities Marathon and the location couldn’t have been any better for that. The place is near a light rail station and from the station it’s just a short ride to starting line The apartment is also really good close to the halfway point on the course. The city’s great restaurants and museums are easily accessible from here too. This place is a great home base for exploring the city and getting to know it. I really couldn’t recommend it more highly!

Great place. Quiet and relaxing. Our first time using Airbnb. Easy for us all to relax and to cook and share meals. Really felt like our home too. Will make Bran our first option when we come back this summer.

One of the nicest Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in hands down. Just one thing: the listing says on site parking but that wasn’t accurate. You can use the driveway to unload luggage but then have to park on the street (for free). No big deal but made the listing slightly inaccurate

Great place to stay great area will book again

check in was quick and easy. they were flexible with checkin/checkout. stairs are steep and can get icy during winter. the parking spot was very convenient!

Was needing to be close to University of Minnesota for campus visits and tours. Was a quick drive across the bridge, but we also chose to walk to campus a few times since the weather was nice. It was an easy 15-20 minute walk. Great Coop grocery store just a block away and nice walking paths and quiet neighborhoods around. House has a historic vibe with all the necessary amenities.

The unit was exactly as described: very quiet, cozy, artfully decorated and neat as a pin. Others have reported it as chilly, but we never needed to use the provided heater, and it was perfect for sleeping in a very comfortable bed. We walked to - a delicious and eclectic restaurant that includes many vegan options, which my daughters appreciated, - the Midtown Global Market, a fun place to shop, - and the Greenway biking/hiking trail. I've never been on an urban bike path and was very impressed and appreciated the opportunity to see the city from a unique perspective. We stayed for three nights and never had trouble parking on the street in front of the house. As indicated in the listing, there's no stove/oven or TV, but for our purposes the toaster oven and microwave were more than sufficient and we had a laptop to stream if we'd needed to, so no big shakes. We would definitely recommend this unit and we hope to have the opportunity to stay there again.

Adam was great and the apartment and its amenities were exactly as advertised. Perfect for our family of 4. Adam was flexible, responsive, and accommodating. We love Minneapolis's Seward neighborhood. The apartment's easy access to parks, playgrounds, the river, high-quality groceries, and restaurants make it suitable for a variety of needs.
